[Resolved]  Nobroker — No Broker Legal Service not refunding the money paid

As per our agreement, I was promised a property verification report within 4 days of opting for their services. But the report was not delivered on the agreed-upon date. Upon reaching out to no broker customer service, I was informed that the delay was due to difficulties in opening the document, They haven't informed me about the issue until i reached out to them on 4th day. This is a mistake from their end and I requested the refund since they did not deliver on the promise date.

My attempts to communicate concerns and request a refund have been met with silence from their end. This lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver the promised service within the agreed timeframe has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.

Even i have sent several email but no response regarding the refund

I have submitted my documents on 21st Jan, even Soham has confirmed that he received the documents and now you reverted saying that you did not receive the documents. I should have received the report by this time but you haven't started the process itself. I'm paying my advance to the property this week so it is of no use for me if you start the process now. I request you to refund the fees paid.

I have received a refund from NoBroker after the recent issue I reported. However, refund was processed after deducting Rs. 3000.

I appreciate your support and guidance through the consumer complaints site, which played a crucial role in resolving the concern
For property assign they forcefully taken 5000rs from my side and after Owner backs out because he is not allow pets no one as informed about they are not allowing no broker also not mentioned in discription
I have mail confirmation also they will refund the money if property not assigned to me they are cheating people to taking money and manipulating them they will refund totally all are frauds dont trust this company they will cheat you people like me
