Nobroker — No Broker Paid Services

I purchased the plan on 8th September 2021 and before purchasing the plan there were many promises made like WhatsApp facilities will be arranged with the RM. After I purchased the plan “Best Effort Super Relax Plan”, and believe me my worst nightmare came true as I was assigned with RM named Mr. Subin Joseph. First of all he never received any call made to him and instead called whenever he wanted it as if customer are his employees or slaves. Secondly he will never let you talk and always reply with some stories even if you ask him straightforward questions. When asked are you CEO or President of the company then he will reply May be and would always respond very badly, as well talk to customer by raising his voice. If you ask him what is the Status he will not reply and will tell to check in the email and moreover RM is not at all aligned with Field Relationship Manager. The day I booked the service NoBroker assigned me a FRM who was on week off and moreover his substitute was also week off. And they have no respect if you find a tenant before them, moreover they will not even refund anything although they have not put any efforts for it. Sincere advice to you all to never take this plan from NoBroker and even if you still, make sure Mr. Subin Joseph is not your RM
