No broker renovation team took the advance amount for the renovation. Verbally they keep telling that they will do all the work but when we discussed the matter in detail, they started ignoring the things, When i told them that i will withdraw, than, also they keep telling me verbally about their commitments, They try to indulge us with technical terms. This is not good. Kindly get back my 30, 000/- advance. From interior designer to project manager, no coordination is seen. Department which take advance has no relation with execution departments. Commitments done by first department, are not passed to other as these are all verbal. I send the mail which is below, but no satisfactory response is given from their side.

I am a customer of your home renovation team, assigned HS-8171712/ram chandra sati/delhi. I gave you the advance payment also of Rs 30000/-. But I do not want to get the work done from you, kindly refund the amount as early as possible.
The reasons for cancelling the deal are
1. At no point during meetings, you bother to know the need or want to provide the options (along with pricing) for your customer. On the first day of the meeting which was around 2.5 hours, you were taking the measurement only and had no discussion. On the second day of the meeting, almost the same type of thing happened., I will say that it was the second survey.
Suggestion:- meetings to be done with the customer, on-site, to know their requirements and suggestions/options from your side and pricing options in that meeting only.
Online is a good option but from my point of view as a customer, for home renovation, the discussion has to be on site only.
2. I liked the work of your vendor (Mr abbas), via the site I visited. But when I tried to talk to him, at first you denied it with an excuse that it is not allowed and told me to talk to another person. It gave me a feeling that you are thinking that I am bypassing you, however, I was your customer(I made the advance payment also)
. On the second day of the meeting, the vendor gave good suggestions that's why I thought I needed to talk to him only.
My Home is my dream and 11 lakh is a very big budget for me.
3. From the very first day I insisted that ceiling of my house needed to be separated and plastering to be done again. The ceiling of one of the houses in our society fell around one month back, In the very last meeting (quotation) I came to know that you have included this after multiple requests from my side. I am nontechnical in civil work terms.
4. You didn't include Mr Faizal and Mr Pawan Shukla in the meetings after my advance payment. I requested you from the initial stage to involve them.
The trust factor is important between the customer and you, which was lacking. I request you to kindly refund my payment, sorry from my side,
