Nobroker — No Broker - Super Relax Plan Payment Refund

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against No Broker regarding the inadequate services provided under their Super Relax Plan. My contact number is [protected], and I enrolled in the plan on March 18, 2024. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through various channels, including multiple phone calls to their sales team and customer care, the problem remains unresolved.

On March 18, 2024, I purchased the Super Relax Plan from No Broker for 8848 INR. This plan was advertised to provide exceptional services, including access to property listings and assistance in finding a suitable flat. However, it has been three days since the purchase, and I have yet to receive any of the promised services.

Despite my efforts to contact my Relationship Manager (RM) and the customer care team, the issue persists, and I have not been provided with any satisfactory resolution. The lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver the services as promised is both frustrating and unacceptable.

I have also attempted to reach out to the sales team and customer care through multiple calls, but none of them have yielded any positive results. The lack of communication and assistance from No Broker's end is causing undue inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

I demand immediate action to address this issue and provide me with the services promised under the Super Relax Plan. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the delay and lack of response from No Broker.

I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
