    No Refund for MoneyBack Plan

    I took NoBroker Subscription on 24th February 2023 and then started searching for houses to rent in Bangalore and told our budget was 12000 but I did not like the houses they showed because all were too old, we were assigned a relationship manager Naveen Kumar for assistance we asked him to show houses in other areas as well as increase the budget a little but we dint get many suggestions he showed us houses of higher rent as well.     Mover packer lost my plants while shifting. Those are of huge sentimental value to me and they don't even have the decency to respond

          I paid school fees via credit card from no broker app still now id didnt fet paid amount. today its march 10 and its friday .i need funds very urgent i lost trust from other people whom i need to pay its very hectic situations and i cant wait 2 business working days till monday

            I, Milind Karalkar, gave token amount to booked the flat of Rs.60, 000/- and NoBroker representative assured me that if deal not happened, they will refund my money.
            But after 10 days of chasing, no refund is receive, even no call revert from NoBroker team about the same.

            Hope after this complaint, I will get my money.

            I am not at all found any property from Nobroker and my complaint for Rs.60, 000/- refund will not be over until I get my money back.

            NoBroker team not yet taken any action to refund my Rs.60, 000/- and this will force me to take legal action against the Cpmpany.

            I am going to lidge police complaint against NoBroker in couple of days.
            Its nearly 2 months now after asking for my refund of Rs.60, 000/- from No Broker, and yesterday they called that your refund will not be processed as it is not under there refund policy if the deal is not happened if the buyer cancelled from his end due to any reason.

            It they have this type of refund policy, they should have mention clearly while asking for token amount in written format. Also they not yet given explanation about my token amount has been transfer to seller or not as I made payment on 06/12/2022.

            Request all do not make any payment until you provide assurance of refund in written by No Broker.

              I am getting very bad experience from your team and not received my refund which I paid for fixing few things in my home but they responded that they couldn't fix it later. I am following up for refund from Feb 10th 2023 onward. When I spoke with Gaurav (gaurav.[protected]@nobroker.in) from your team, he replied on 22nd Feb 2023 that he raised refund 2 times and it will be processed in sometime but i didn't received yet and no further response also from your side. Why are guys so irresponsible ? Kindly process my refund asap.

                        On 6th March 2023 there was unauthorised transactions happened on my credit card. There were two unauthorised transactions happened on my card. The transaction amount was 38493.24 to NoBroker. I immediately informed axis bank customer care about the fraud transactions and raised dispute and block card and told to block those transactions as this was not done by me. Please help me on this.

                        I already registered my complain by calling your customer care number. Its been more than 48 hours I have not got any resolution. When I registered complaint they said that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
                        Even you got my complain from cyber cell police and it is escalated still nothing done to save my money.
                        Is your company also supports such frauds? That why there are thousands of cases against you.
                        And that's why delay is done so that transaction gets settle and I lose my money.

                          As of today if I call and ask no broker customer executives are telling that will get back to you and not giving proper response.
                          So I want my money refund back as soon as possible please.
                          I will make sure here after none of my friend circle should contact or take service of nobroker.
                          This people are liars and even cheater.
                          If you call the actual person to whom you called and basis of their comitment we pay the amount they never get connected to us or even the call line in not transfer to them. They take the money and do not support.

                            Purchased a relax plan of Rs 3538 . On the commitment we travelled 80 km. The RM was not at all supportive. Tried calling RM but his call was busy. On complaining they say plan is active but the RM did not responded for 2-3 hrs. When asked for refund they said they will refund but not yet refunded the amount. After the complaint and even providing contact details vendor closed the complaints.

                                  I had booked packers movers from NoBroker for shifting. The shifting guy were thieves and they had stolen some of my items during shifting.
                                  On calling to NoBroker customer care, they are simply saying they can not do anything, it’s your responsibility to keep an eye on your valuable items. And the case is closed . There is nothing I can do now??.
                                  My total stolen items cost worth were 13-14 thousands rupees.
                                  I would certainly make sure that none of my friend circle try to use NoBroker.com if such irresponsible behaviour are being done by them.
                                  My point is why they hire such person at the first place to whom they have no control?? They can’t even check who they were ?
                                  I mean some day they would send some criminals for the service who would any henious crime rather than such stealing things and then they would say the same, it’s your responsibility to save yourself from such person.

                                    I have placed Ac service on 18 February 2023 but unfortunately due to some issues I cancelled the service.so I got a message from nobroker that money will be refunded back to source account and that will take 7 days of time.
                                    As of today if I call and ask no broker customer executives are telling that will get back to you and not giving proper response.
                                    So I want my money refund back as soon as possible please.
