I connected with multiple brokers on the app through their listings. All of them are fake. I transferred Rs. 13050/- as they said that it will be refundable if I do not like the property after I visit the same. But they are fraud asking for 2000/3000 as token money. Please help me get my hard-earned money back. Please! and sue Nobroker for letting such people register on their application.
Please sue this company for not taking care of this thing.

    My name is Jacqueline M Kuruvilla. I reside at Koramangala . I had requested for a home visit from Nobroker home renovation department as I was interested in renovating the property and wanted a quotation for the same. Mr.Anees, the nobroker engineer was assigned in the 3rd week of June to visit the property and provide a quotation.
    I informed I had no intention to renovate the property during the Monsoon season as the property had leakage issues and I was getting the water proofing done on the roof(by another company). Hence, if during the rains the leakage continued despite water proofing, then the renovation would be a waste and hence the house would have to be demolished.
    After the quotation of Rs. Sixteen lakhs was given, I received a call from Mr.Faisal from the sales department, who told me that I was eligible for a discount and my new quotation was Rs.twelve lakhs and I have to pay a deposit amount to “Lock” this discount, as post January this discount may not be available any longer. Multitple times I told him that I would not do any renovation during the rainy season which I expected would last till December atleast as I was worried about the leakage and hence complete waste of renovation. He convinced me that I would not lose my money in the event of cancellation and that this deposit amount was to lock in the discount. He assured me that no decision would be made and no vendor finalization would be done without informing me. I told him not to treat my home like a sales target and the same was assured to me.
    I agreed to this and paid the deposit amount of Rs.60, 000 on 22/06/2023.
    After the water proofing for the roof was done, I noticed that leakage had begun towards the end of October and hence I spoke to a senior Civil Engineer who told me that the house has to be demolished in total. Hence I informed the same to Mr.Faisal via email on 03/11/2023 who has not replied to my mail. I had to make multiple calls to nobroker renovation customer care who finally gave me a call back around the 5th of November and I was connected to the project manager who did not give me any reply regarding my refund but only told me that the assurance of refund was communicated to me by the sales department. At this moment I was worried I would be bounced around between the various departments of Nobroker home renovation. He told me to send a message on the whatsapp group which was made for my home renovation. I messaged on the same group- again no response. I sent an email to customer care- they responded saying someone would get back to me- 1 month passed and no one did. I sent an email again- no response, my 3rd email- I get a response saying someone would get back- I’ve been waiting for this call back for a while now. I am worried I fell for a marketing and sales gimmick.

      Credit card fraud transaction(unauthorized) to nobroker technology

      This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card xxxxxxxx1008 on 15th of November 2023 to NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES. which was happend between 11;40am to 1 pm by an unknown person call who took my card details proclaimed and pretended as bank employee(for reward points) taken total of Rs 149023.56 / . Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction...

      I have paid for "Complete Buyer Assist Package" service with NoBroker for Rs. 25, 000 on 4-Apr-2023. This package includes two services.
      1. Title verification (for Rs.10000)
      2. Assists in the sale deed execution (For Rs, 15000)

      NoBroker team confirmed that this title verification provided by their lawyers can be used for loan process which would be accepted by the bank.

      For the Title verification, I have submitted land documents to NoBroker lawyer on 6-Apr for the flat which I choose to buy. And received legal opinion from lawyer on 11-Apr-23 as the title is clear and can be proceed for property buy.

      Based on this confirmation from NoBroker, I gave 3 lack advance to the flat seller and applied to SBI loan to purchase property. But SBI rejected my loan application as title of the property is not clear. SBI said that property trace is not at all clear. Also when spoke with SBI lawyer they personally advised not-to-buy the property as that was high risk to hold the no-trace property.

      I have paid 3lacks based on NoBroker confirmation only, still I am unable to get back my money from flat seller. This is a clear failure from NoBroker lawyer on the title verification which lead me to loss of 3 lacks.

      I have raised this concern with NoBroker lot of times, but there is no proper response from them. Hence I am raising here. NoBroker simply ignoring my concern which they promised when taking this service.

      Also NoBroker calling now multiple times to close this service as this is aged one. Still this service is having second part "Sale Deed execution" which is not yet done by NoBroker.
      Though the first part of service failed from NoBroker and cause loss to me - i have asked for refund of second part of service ( Rs 15, 000 ), but no proper response.

      As a customer this is cause hassle and money loss due to NoBroker negligence. I can provide required document/evidence on this.

        Hi,
        I posted an ad for renting a 3BHK. The ad is in inactive state even after 10 days. I called the customer care several times. Standard response I received 10 days back- sir there's some technical issue, it will be resolved in 2 days. when I complaint that its not resolving since 10 days, they don't have an answer.

        Is something happened to nobroker website? Any resolution date?

            Dear Sir,

            I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the freedom plan that I opted for. I was charged 1500 rs for this plan, which was supposed to provide me with 25 contacts. However, out of these 25 contacts, 15 of them were not reachable. When I contacted the customer service regarding this matter, they assured me that they would refund the cost of the non-reachable contacts. However, it has been two weeks since I lodged the complaint, and I have not received any response or refund from them.

            It is disheartening to see that this company is engaging in fraudulent practices by taking money from the public in the name of providing contacts that are not actually reachable. I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that appropriate action is taken against this company and that I receive the refund I am entitled to.

              I have spoken about the below issue and have sent an email to your team but they are offering me 400 instead of 1500 which was discussed.

              First of all I booked it almost a month ago. When I reached out for rescheduling, one of your colleague by name Abhishek was in conversation with me and he was supposed to confirm whether rescheduling can be done or not.
              He did not come back to me after multiple follow ups I didn’t get any proper response.
              On the date of my booking(I stuck to the date which was confirmed earlier and which was updated in app) I called +[protected] and one more of your colleagues by name Nikhil answered and said he is my move manager this time and my booking was on hold which was not informed to me and was not updated in the app also. When I told him I was in touch with Abhishek, he was supposed to get back to me but did not get back to me. Nikhil said Abhishek is on leave that’s why the miscommunication happened. After many calls and follow ups we finally got a packers and movers assigned by 2 pm( it was supposed to be by 9am).
              We were assigned with a packers and movers by name Paramesh who was very rude.
              From the time he started interacting with us his behaviour was very rude and insulting to us.
              Some how we managed to cooperate and get most of the items packed and loaded to the truck.
              At the end when we still had few kitchen items and 10 pots and table Paramesh said he will not be able to take them because there is no space in the truck even though there was space.
              He started demanding 1500 to take the remaining because he had to arrange another vehicle. When we said it’s not possible he started behaving rude.
              They left the items behind in the old house and shifted the rest to new house.
              While this was happening we were in touch with other move manager called Ajith and he convinced us to move ahead and he will do his best to reduce the amount which is equal to transporting remaining. But after the move is over he did not answer the call. I knew after the office hours imwe won’t be able to reach them but he promised to be available to help me.
              After unloading everything Paramesh started asking for the payment, when we said we were not able to reach the Ajith he started harassing me for payment.
              He made me pay him forcefully as he brought all the labours and started harassing me.
              I would like to take this to next level if I don’t get what is supposed to be refunded. More ever I need a compensation for being handled wrongly and harassing a lady costumer for money in the late night.

                I had taken a Money back plan ( Get Guaranteed home or 100% Refund*).and paid Rs. 7078.82 with IGST. As per your money back plan you had not provided 50 owner contacts within 45 days and no flat deal was finalised from No Broker. Previously RM told she will provide more days to us, I said ok. Later RM called up and told you plan is getting over today. I told her to refund my money as no deal of flat was finalsed from NoBroker as our Plan is Money Back". She then told that "No Broker does not Refund any Money" and made my account InActive. All the chats and data was not visible and I could not interact through app also.
                Nobody from Nobroker is giving proper reply and passing time that concerned person will call you. But when I call I have to waste a lot of time telling the whole story to new person every time. Fedup with these activities I have to write it to your company to refund back my money at the earliest.

                The rent agreement had already being forwarded to youAs required  by you rent agreement copy,   I am attaching the same for  processing of  refund,   
                 
                Due to RM told she will provide more days to us, I said ok. Later RM called up and told you plan is getting over today and made my account inactive.Because lack of knowledge and communication  and as I was not aware where to communicate and how to sent the rent agreement, may be rent agreement was delayed.But somehow I try to finalised the flat within a period of 1 week which is a very small period and impossible to get flat. .I tried to call  Nobroker for information and refund nobody was giving proper reply and passing time that concerned person will call you. But when I call I have to waste a lot of time telling the whole story to new person every time. Fedup with these activities I have to write it to your company to refund back my money at the earliest.

                First of all when you professional people can not provide the flat within 45 days how you can expect customers to finalise the flat within 7 days, which is very very difficult job. You have intentionally put this clause as mostly people cannot finalise the flat within 7 days and they can not come for claim for Refund "Big Brains".
                First of all RM told she is going to provide more days to finalise the flat. I waited for it. Suddenly one day she told Nobroker is not going to provide any more days and NOBROKER does not Refund money and without telling any further procedure made my account INACTIVE.
                As I was not aware of further procedure. I tried to call the nobroker nos. on daily basis customer support people used keep me holding for long and later used to tell me the concerned person will call you but not body used to call. It is just befooling people and their passing the time. Later one day customer support gave an emailed: [protected]@nobroker.in to send Rent agreement.
                This was the reason why there was a delay in submitting the rent agreement because nobody was guiding me where to send the rent agreement, but telling me somebody from the concerned depatment will call.
                It is not my fault, but your support people were not guiding the customers in right direction but passing their time. Now when I am eligible for REFUND as I have finalized the flat within 7 days you are telling "We won't be able to initiate a refund in this case, as there was a delay from your end in submitting the rental agreement." Your RM made my account Inactive on 18/11/2023 and I have made Rent agreement on 23/11/2023 you can see the proofs.

                This is Cheating and Fraud as your customer support people used to pass out time so that people will not be eligible for REFUND. If you are doing fair deals why lots of your customers are complaining about you. Let people must know how you cheat customers.

                Hi Rakhi, whenever you are eligible for a refund, we'd never delay initiating the same. Having said that, we'd request you to share your registered contact details so that we can check what went wrong & provide you with an update.

                  My mob: [protected], i got the plan from nobroker, its a relax plan about 3.5k, and i cant be relaxed because there is no proper service from them, after calling 20 times then RM is picking a call, showing unwanted properties, without permission using my contacts count to view, and no doing interactions with owners, telling me to call them, also app is not working, not showing the details shared by RM, and many more issues with them.

                    On Aug 27. I signed-up for super money back plan service.
                    RM & Field relationship manager started marketing after 5-7 days.
                    I am continuing to market myself to find a tenant by posting to-let board and social network.
                    In Sep 1st found tenant myself and informed the same to noborker.
                    Around mid of Sep, they confirmed that they will processed the refund.
                    Overall till now they confirmed 3 times that they processed the refund. Till Nov 27 no refund received to my bank account.
                    They stopped responding to my e-mails.
                    Strange is nobroker is not successful to schedule a single showing.
                    Salma Sultana is bug culprit in this whole conversation. She sent an image showing refund processed in July so nothing can be done from their end.
                    If i paid in August. how they can process refund in July.

                    Raised my concern here only after trying for almost 3 months.

                      Worst interior painting was done by NoBroker contractor and NoBroker has not taken any action against him, seems NoBroker is looting it's customers with strategy and involve it's contractor for that, shame on it.

                        I got mails from Axis alert too.
                        Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
                        Kindly help me in this..

                          I opted for freedom package for finding rent apartments paid money but whatever number they are providing are either fake or the person says I have no flat in that area or number not reachable
                          Is nobroker a scam for taking money from customer and then saying if you pay more you will get RM who will schedule visits for you?

However, we do have a Report Abuse (Flag shaped icon) feature which allows our users to report the properties. This option is placed right beside the shortlist option while searching for a property. We took paint service from Nobroker last year 2022 (Booking Id - HS 2541129) and charged for 1200 Sqft as total area. Currently, existing tenant vacated the property and before the new tenant coming in, we wanted to re-do the paint for the apartment....

                            Hi,
                            I am really frustrated the way I got trapped with the 100% commitment from No broker to sell the house. You called multiple times to take the plan(13000/-) so that you can sell the house ASAP(even committed to sell within one month).
                            Although there is a refundable plan didn' told me to take that with the condition to sell the house with this plan and assigned the best RM, but after taking the plan the RM got changed immediately.

                            But unfortunately there is no success even single for the negotiation with the pricing. Now there are only few days left and still no progress and not sure no broker can sell my house.

                            No-broker should be transparent enough whether they can sell the house or not if not they should refund back the money or provide free service till its been sell by them. As the local dealers take money only after they sell the house.
                            For me taking the paid service is just a trap as they can not sell within 3 months and again ask for renew the plan and which they expect to keep on going. Please don't fool the customer with false commitments.

                            Without any paid plans few of my friends sell their house at same location with good prices with leaser time. This gives me feeling taking the no broker plan is a waste of time and money.

                              This company offered money back with this plan and i signed on 10th May, 2023 by paying ₹27, 817.32
                              Their staffs are useless. I handed over the key and asked him to do inspection. Their RM (Naga Pavan) would call every week and read out written report in a most unprofessional way. Any question he won't be answered. After 3-4 months, one day he asks me what is the land mark near the apartment. So all the reports of visiting apartment or taking the client to apartment was false. He didn't even read the listing details at their website where landmark is written. After that they extended the listing and changed RM. New RM wasn't different and he was doing same reading out every week. After two months he also asks me if there is any tenant inside or where is the key. I handed over the key to NoBroker in May 2023 and now he is asking where is the key.

                              They are scam and just give false report over phone specially to NRI who are far and can not verify anything they say. They must return my fee which was paid to them.

                              If they are qualified and trained professional then something is seriously wrong in your recruitment process and training. I wish i could record and how poor communicator they are. If you don't try to understand what i am saying then i believe you need to just stop saying lies here. I have explained level of your last two RMs. They are lowest level of RM i ever faced that after 4 months they ask me what is the landmark sir? where is the key sir? do you have tenant sir? And the field RM is another level of ### who just left the apartment window open which made the apartment so dusty!!! After all these things, If this is your attitude then let me tell you that I will make sure you loose at least 10 times of money which you charged me for this useless "no service"!!!

                              I just got the key back and went to check the apartment. You ### you left the water tap open and gain balcony door open. You are worst !!! I wish I can post video of what I saw in apartment when I entered. You are criminals
                              uttam1995, I am going through same issue I have even escalated to their CEO but no response, can we work together on this I smell this fraud and scam from nobroker. I want to build a case to get some investigation in this company.

                                Please note have recharged for no broker relax plan for Rs 3538 on 28th October and i Have started to search the home, as this is relax plan there have assigned me one Relationship Manger and there mentioned that she will guide for you regarding home search, as i Hvar to shortlist the home, then she will call to Owners to fix schedule to visit that home, as we self have shortlisted 10 homes and have visited all and have mentioned one home that am not fully satisfied like regarding paint issue, no Maintenace and some other issue and she mentioned that sir you can give the token charges to owners and hold the house and after that also we can search for better house in no brokers and clear asked her that can I pay the token charges after that also can able to search the home and she mentioned yes, as am not have any past experience in no broker regarding searching home and have said okay will do and have given token charge of Rs 1000 to owner and blocked on 5th November and after that also am searching home in no brokers and have shortlisted some house on Sunday night to call on Monday morning and when i used my relax plan to taken number it was blocked on Monday 6th November and have informed to the relationship manager and she said sir it is technical issue and have called here for whole day she mentioned it is technical issue and when am called to support team of no brokers there mentioned your relationship manger have confirmed your property and the account as been blocked and after that also have called here again she mentioned same technical issue for one whole day and the EOD the some supervisor name Prasana called and he said your account is blocked when you fixed one home, as I said your relationship manager have mentioned me that i can search home even through i paid token charges, if she have told like if your subscription will be blocked once you token charges means i would have waited and have searched home, as it is only one week of my subscription and he said sir sorry it is her mistake or what we will check and we are not able to reactive your account and have later cancelled the appointment of that home and taken back the token charges from owner and owner also genuinely accept our issue and he accepted for cancellation and after that owner is started to post the add again, but for me there are saying that it is your mistake sir you have cancelled home and i have said it is for genuine reason and owner also accepted and there are not reactivating the relacx plan and also no proper reply for them.

                                The issue is started when relationship manage said wrong information regarding relax plan that you can even search home even if you give the token charges to one home and i have even reconfirmed with her and she said same you can search, as am new to no broker rent search i have trusted here words and blocked the home, and after that one whole day he wasted me thta keep on saying the account is blocked due to technical issue

                                Kailash, don’t reactivate the plan and this is what these nobroker people want to do. They will finish time for that by giving u fake report of checking up with different people and then time will be finished. You will have to pay again and no refund !!! Be sure u won’t get any service from these people. So many people have lost their money for their refund promise and they are biggest scam. They are crooks of highest order.

                                  I had paid advance of Rs.15, 000 to NoBroker Renovations on 26th October for some renovation work for my apartment Pune. However, I wasn't happy with the way the project was bring handled since some of the nitty gritties were not clearly explained upfront and numerous levels of communication. Hence, I requested for a refund the very next day i.e. 27th October.

                                  While i was in my right to claim for a refund within 72hrs of paying the advance monies (as per the terms and condition specified by NoBroker in the estimated quote basis which advance was paid), the escalations manager (Mr.Bharath Krishna) vehemently denied to refund the advance monies and I was informed that he is the sole decision maker. I haven’t received a call back despite several emails and personally calling 20 times on the registered number of NoBroker Renovations. Infact, I also tried calling on the personal mobile number several times of Mr.Bharath Krishna and Mr.Mayur Badhe (Project Manager) but have not received any response. In some instances, even ongoing calls have been disconnected by the NoBroker staff with no facility of calling back or reaching out to a senior team (who can handle escalations over and above the specific individuals named earlier).

                                  I am surprised that refund can be denied to a customer (contrary to the T&C specifically communicated in black and white by NoBroker to customer). If this fact would have been clearly communicated to me upfront, I would have not proceeded with paying the advance monies itself. It's even more frustrating for me that I have since not received a positive response from any of the numerous persons involved in this project (either email or whatsapp), who were infact inundating me with several calls when the balance monies were due for payment.
