I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received after paying Rs. 7000 for your owner-assisted plan.

Despite clearly stating my requirement upfront — that I am looking strictly for preferred tenants as per my preferences — your team still arranged visits for three tenants, one of whom was entirely not suitable as per my preferences
This shows a complete lack of attention to the details I had provided at the outset.

Effectively, I ended up paying Rs. 3500 per visit, for tenants who were clearly not aligned with my preferences. On top of that, when I posted a free ad on other platforms, I received over 10 relevant leads — far more than what your premium plan could manage.

This experience was not only disappointing but also felt like a complete waste of money and time. I expected professionalism and efficiency — your service delivered neither.

Going forward, I will actively discourage all my friends, family, and colleagues from using NoBroker. You’ve not only lost my trust but also lost potential users through word-of-mouth due to this careless service.

I hope you reflect on this feedback seriously and improve your customer service to avoid such experience for others.

    I purchased NoBroker’s Super Relax Plan expecting end-to-end rental support. I finalized a property through their field manager and shared ID proof and token amount after confirmation. Later, the owner backed out. Instead of assisting with a new property, NoBroker cancelled my plan without fulfilling the promised service or issuing a refund. It’s been over a week since I raised this, with no resolution or response despite multiple follow-ups and escalation emails.
    This is a clear case of service deficiency and violation of their money-back guarantee. I request the forum to take necessary action and direct NoBroker to either reactivate the plan or process a full refund.

      I raised a ticket since you guys promised me a host of services for the relax plan and forced me to take the higher plan, despite not providing any of them.
      as per your plan
      A relationship manager allocated will do the following:
      - Shortlist houses - I did this
      - schedule visits - I did this
      - talk to owners about confirming visits - i checked with her and she agreed she did this. I reached the first property and realised that the owner did not even know i was coming. Then on checking with her i realised she had not confirmed most of the visits.
      - rent negotiation - A lot of my calls to your RM went unanswered so i talked to owner myself.

      - In fact 1 of the owners was in california who she said she spoke to, but later confirmed she didnt speak to them. I couldnt see that property either. I infact kept calling her when i was at the property but she did not pick up.
      - she said she couldnt reach a property owner for finding out if rent was negotiable of one of my top preferred properties. i called the listed number directly to find out that was the number of a Nobroker relationship manager who immediately gave me the owner's number. unfortunately, the house got rented out by then.
      - the other property i asked her to find rent of got rented off in between all this wait time and chaos.
      - I spent 30000 INR flying from to bangalore, not including commute and hotel expenses, on the belief your RM had done her job.
      - My 1 year old baby ended up getting sick standing around in the heat outside houses waiting for security to let us in since they did not know we are coming.
      - I lost out on most of the shortlisted places since your RM did not even do their job of shortlisting the houses!
      - I ended up taking a house more than my budget since i was left with no time and not many options.
      - I did not even use above 25 contacts which is your base plan and since I DID ALL THE WORK, the base plan would have worked perfectly for me. I took your relax plan since i wanted to save on the time and effort of doing all these menial tasks and also to ensure i dont have to roam in the hot weather and roads with my small baby, who THANKS TO YOUR TEAM, FINALLY ENDED UP GETTING SICK BECAUSE OF THE STRAIN!

      I need a refund !! on top of this, I raised this issue with your team expecting professionalism but your staff also speak extremely rudely and unprofessionally and in a very insulting tone to me. I have used your platform and services many times in the past but due to this callous attitude and insulting treatment, I am raising this complaint to consumer complaints forum, and also going to be posting this on social media so no other customers get cheated by your fraudulent trade practices.

        Customer care executive speaking rudely and forcing me to take subscription to connect with prospective tenants even when i said after few weeks i will try. She spoke very aggressively and not listening or trying to address my questions and acting as if i called her and when i say i will complain to consumer forums then she became even more rude. It is upto me to subscribe but manipulating people to take it and talking in rude language is not good. Call came from +[protected]

          Submitted a complaint through NoBroker’s support portal with no effective resolution.
          This ongoing harassment is a direct violation of TRAI’s UCC regulations. I request TRAI to kindly investigate this matter and take strict action against the sender under the guidelines for telemarketing and promotional communication.

            I had the worst experience with the NoBroker app after purchasing their Tenant Plan. I paid ₹1499 plus GST, expecting to receive contact information for 25 property owners, as promised. But right after the payment, the app hit me with a “technical glitch” and didn’t provide any numbers. I reached out to customer service immediately, and all they said was, “It’ll be resolved in a few hours.” I called again the next day, and guess what? The same damn excuse. Every time I contacted them, it was the same scripted [censored]. No real support, no actual solution, just “wait and wait.” Each time I called, a new agent answered, and I had to explain the entire situation all over again like I was stuck in a loop. They kept repeating, “It’ll be cleared soon, ” but did nothing.

            Before payment, their agents were blowing up my phone every hour trying to sell the plan—literally over a hundred calls a day. But the moment I made the payment, it was radio silence. No help. No updates. No service. Just pure ignorance. I emailed [protected]@nobroker.in thinking it’d be more official, but surprise—no response for over four damn days. I even asked for a refund because clearly they weren’t delivering what they promised, and they had the audacity to tell me they can’t guarantee one. How can you not guarantee a refund for a service that you didn’t even provide?

            After I paid, the contact information I was supposed to receive never showed up. The app kept showing random properties, but no actual addresses or contact numbers. Everything felt like a bait. Flashy listings with no access to owners. It’s a complete scam and I’m warning others—do not trust this app. It’s all fake advertising and zero delivery.

            I posted a review on the Play Store, finally trying to warn others, and they responded publicly like they cared. They asked me to send my registered phone number to help activate the plan. I did exactly that—I sent them an email with all my details again. And just like the first email, they [censored]ing ignored it. It’s been a week since I first reached out, and nothing. Not a word. No update. No follow-up. Not even an acknowledgment. So clearly their public response was just for show, trying to look professional while they continue to scam users in private.

            If I didn’t get the service I was promised, I should at least get my money back. That’s basic decency, but apparently, NoBroker doesn’t give a [censored] once the payment is done. Their entire operation is shady as hell. I feel completely tricked and robbed. This has been a disgusting experience and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Save your time, your sanity, and your money. Stay away.

              Konark Krish CHSL can access their ERP data ( Yearly MIS ) report under no broker hood. The data is of the Society; however, the no brokerhood, without informing/consulting from customer, access to downloading the report. Now, Society is asking its SPOC to provide the data. And they suggested filing a consumer complaint. Kindly do the needful.

              Kindly note that the data is of Konark Krish CHSL, and NBH can't put restrictions on Society data. This is a breach of contract.

              Kindly do the needful. We need this Yearly MIS report for audit & financial report purposes.

                They have completely destroyed my AC which is barely 2 years old, costing 50k. Barely even used owing to Bangalore weather. They took 8 hours to install the AC on 23rd March, charging me additional 9.5k. Clearly indicating that they had already noticed the issue and trying to hide it. After they left, I turned on the AC, being completely unaware of the issue, I started getting sound issue and C4 22 error in the AC within 15 mins and on complaining to them, they said they will come to fix it, no one ever came. I then contacted Urban Company on 3rd April and their technician pointed out n number of issues:
                1. The AC was not fixed properly
                2. Welding of the copper pipe not done properly due to which coolant was leaking
                3. They had to take down the entire AC unit upon which I discovered that they have burnt the AC during the installation process. I'm attaching pictures of the damage they have done to my new AC and property.

                Here are the people involved in creating this entire mess, there were more people whose names I don't remember

                Now they are coming back to me saying that I didn't complain within 48 hrs, I had raised the concern with the No Broker partner assigned to me Fayaz Pasha on the same day.                   NoBroker, please start paying my therapy bills.
                  Requesting Refund for the Super Relax Plan

                  I had high hopes when I opted for NoBroker’s Super Relax Plan for almost 9k, expecting a hassle-free home-hunting experience. Instead, I ended up doing all the work myself while paying 9k only to get pointless calls and texts from a relationship manager who speaks and types like a 2009 chatbot. I’m not kidding—check the screenshots.

                  Few of the MANY issues I faced :-
                  1. RM Who Can’t Arrange an FRM: My Relationship Manager (RM) failed to arrange any Field Relationship Manager (FRM) visits to the properties I shortlisted, despite multiple requests. When they finally found an FRM, I was told I had to tag along like they’re a kid. What did I pay for?

                  2. No Accountability: I shelled out 9k to watch the properties that I shortlisted get rented out while my RM added ZERO new leads after day one.

                  3. Customer Support? More Like Sales Pitch: When I reached out to customer support (Jyoti), she was more interested in selling me packers and movers at a “45% discount” than actually solving my problem—while I was already sweating it out in the field doing the work myself. Thanks Nobroker for making even the fieldwork that you should’ve been doing even harder

                  4. Ghosting: I asked my RM, Puneeth, to schedule FRM visits for more flats. He booked a visit for THE SAME FLAT and promised to help negotiate with the owner after my visit. Never heard from him again.

                  5. Two days after buying the plan, I have been COMPLETELY Ghosted by all the RMs and there is no mention of any fieldwork AT ALL!! I’m just sitting here watching my potentials homes getting rented out.

                  I’ve attached all the receipts of this circus. Considering this disaster, I’m requesting a full refund for the Super Relax Plan.

                    Last week I made a pathetic decision of engaging the services of NoBroker for selling my flat in Hyderabad. Once upon just starting enquiries, I would be flooded with calls from them. Before buying the plan, I was told I will not have any ‘field relationship manager (FRM)’ to do the photoshoot and show my flat to the prospective buyers. As it would be difficult for me to manage with just the leads, I thought of deferring buying the plan. Then a manager, one Mr. Kartik jumped in, assured me that he had obtained the special sanction to appoint the FRM for my flat and that he would provide the best person for the job if I bought the plan right away! In my naivety I believed him and purchased the plan. One day passed and there was no sign of the FRM. When I followed up with the Sales Team, they kept saying there won’t be any FRM for my flat and in case I am not happy, I can withdraw and they would refund the fees of ~RS.15, 929 paid by me in full. I opted for that. Varuna from Sales and Aakumalla Anwar, the Relationship Manager (RM) both confirmed at least thrice that my refund is under processing!
                    Two more days passed, during which time, they would not pick up my calls! On the third day, I get a message that Mr. X is appointed as my FRM!!! After lot of effort, when I could reach them to demand my refund, they are now saying that since FRM is posted, they cannot refund the amount. They had the temerity to say that I should have approached them before he was appointed. And till date after parting with my hard-earned money, all I get from them is shameless silence!!!
                    My lack of foresight to at least check the reviews on different social media platforms was my biggest mistake!!! I generally go through reviews but this time it was unfortunate that I skipped this step. Various platforms are flooded with individual experiences from angry to frustrated posts about NoBroker. One must go through such reviews. They are accurate!!!
                    This is daylight robbery. I am writing this post with anguish to caution the gullible people not to fall in their trap. You are better off without these con artists. I demand that the entire fees I paid be returned immediately. Otherwise, I shall relentlessly circulate such posts all over to increase awareness among people.
                    There are a bunch of people from this company playing this nasty hide and seek games with me, callously lying through their teeth, please stay away from them!!! The con artists I encountered are Ms Varuna, Kartik, , Aakumalla Anwar and Balakrishnan who call themselves “representatives” without responsibility or answerability.
                    So please beware of such scammers who have not even an iota of integrity, they are just straight away shameless!!!

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I am an NRI based in the USA, and I engaged the NoBroker team to help me find a flat on rental in Hyderabad. I subscribed to their premier services and made the payment of Rs 9500. I was told that I would get a call from a dedicated relationship manager on whatsapp and also a daily update of the shortlisted properties will be shared with me.
                      Even on third day after making the payment, I have not received any call from their relationship manager, neither I have received any update on my services.
                      I have been sending many texts and email to them on their given email ids and except for getting a routine reply that we will escalate to the team etc, I am not getting any redressal.
                      I am extremely dissatisfied with their services and I would like to claim for cancellation for services and they should return my paid service fee.
                      Kindly intervene and help me in getting the payment back.

                        I chose nobroker services for shifting my households from Pune to Thiruvarur, Tamilnadu.

                        The shifting happened on 26th of Jan 2025. During booking the time committed was 8-10 days. But after all shifting and loading is done, Ankit (customer care executive) told me that 8-10 days is not possible. At this point of time i was given no other option other than accepting 10-12 days. And it was not explicitly mentioned that these days are calculated from 27th Jan, one day after shifting.

                        Since then i kept checking with chat support for tracking my status. The tracking system showed 4th Feb as delivery date. And it was not updating status also properly. For example, even after 1 week, it didn’t update if my stuffs reached warehouse.

                        Yesterday (3rd Feb) morning, i connected with chat support, they said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days.

                        Yesterday evening 6:30pm, i received message that the stuffs reached destination address. I was happy and planned stuffs for shifting. Refer screenshot for the message

                        Today (4th feb), i was eagerly waiting for the delivery. I called delivery partner (Mr.Ravindra). He told me that the stuffs are still at Pune warehouse. I was confused, shocked and perplexed. Then i reached out to chat support for call back.

                        Now the commitment i got from them is 9th Feb as partner will take 4 days from tomorrow for transit.

                        I have been staying in hotel with family since 10 days but i am surprised to know the stuffs didn’t even leave pune after 9 days.

                        Every day delay is an additional cost for me.

                        Now i am concerned with how nobroker responded to me during this service at so many levels.

                        1. I booked after 8-10 days commitment, as per this i expected that i should receive between 2nd to 4th feb. But after packing and loading is done, i was forced to accept 10-12 days. Literally it’s like strangulation because the alternative would mean paying additional costs for unpacking and unloading as per Ankit.

                        2. So as per 10-12 days deal, i should expect between 4th to 6th Feb. But i am getting update from customer care team as 9th Feb as delivery date.

                        3. The date is calculated from one day after shifting which was never explicitly mentioned or informed to me during the call with Ankit. It’s a huge miscommunication.

                        4. The parcel was at Pune till 3rd or 4th of Feb since 26th Jan. Almost 10 days. If i had known this, i could have done my shifting on 2nd or 3rd Feb only.

                        5. The tracking website didn’t update properly. It didn’t even update if the stuffs reached Pune warehouse or not.

                        6. I got message that stuffs reached destination on 3rd Feb. I realise now that it’s wrong error message, but there is no effort from customer team to correct this error message and give me updated communication.

                        7. Yesterday when i spoke to chat support, they told 2-3 days. As per that, it should be 5th to 6th Feb by your very own team. But one day after i am getting 9th Feb as delivery date.

                        8. Giving all benefits of doubt to Nobroker team, and calculate 10-12 days from 27th Jan, i should receive my stuffs by 7th of February. Everyday delay is an additional cost to me.

                        9. It feels like you guys are closing the system within 7-9 working days because that’s what was committed during booking. The message about stuffs reaching destination even though it didn’t and delivery date showing feb 4th, even though it’s not.

                        10. I keep getting justification that the destination is remote location. Thiruvarur is administrative head quarters of Thiruvarur district. No matter what, it was made very clear during booking and 8-10 days commitment was basis that.

                        I need your intervention to help me with proper resolution. I am looking for any possible support to help me get the parcel by 6th feb (12 days from 26th Jan). Also, if it’s getting delayed, i would like to be compensated for my added expenses. Happy to share my hotel and food bills to you.

                            I had opted for NoBroker manged rental flat and paid all the deposit and given clearance for agreement and paid requisite charges for agreement services. And flat was to be handed over on 15-Oct-2024, but till 15-Oct-2024 the flat owner had not agreed to the terms and condition of the NoBroker Tripatriate agreement and flat was not handed over. So, I took rent elsewhere since I had to move with my family.
                            Now NoBroker is saying, since I denied it was refund is not payable to me. It is because of service deficiency and amguity from NoBroker I had to cancel.
                            As it was not sure if the flat will be handed over to me or not.

                              As per the inconvenience caused by No Broker agent to fit the flush tank service booked, but they didn't resolved my problem and they charged 49 rupees as per the cancellation fee, though we didn't cancelled. This is always a repeated way to loot the money from the customers. Kindly resolve this problem, as we are reaching you.

                                On behalf of my father, I made an online transaction of Rs 2lacs on Dec 21st whose reference no is NRP[protected].

                                Till now they have not credited the amount to the benificery account.

                                They are keep changing the expected time to credit but never done.

                                Every time I call, they say that amount will get credited to the beneficiary account by EOD but so far no resolution. Also their chat service are useless, no one come to support over chat after waiting for a long time.

                                Others please be aware to NOBROKER they are running SCAM. They are giving false promise to transfer the money instant but they never do, they will keep your money for 3-4 days and when contact they will bluff you around.

                                I will wait some more time then will raise this issue to GOI.

                                  From this real-estate platform I purchased on 18th Oct the Money Back Guarantee Plan, where they will help me to find the Rental Property if they failed or I found the property from outside in that case they are going to refund my amount whatever I paid for the plan.

                                  I found the property from outside on 15 Nov and informed them also. On the 26th I submitted the rental agreement to them as proof. As per the policy they have to refund my money but yet not got the single call from them regarding my refund. I chased multiple times every time getting a single reply that they will call me in 2 hours. But yet not got a single call from them.

                                  Literally they made me beggar where everyday I have to call them fold my hands and beg for my own money.

                                  Kindly please help me get my refund and a strict action against them.

                                    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your services. I had taken the Tenant Money Back Plan through which I shortlisted and finalized a property. After confirmation, I provided a token amount of INR 5000 on 20th nOvember'2024. However, I was surprised to learn that this amount has not been transferred to the property owner. Moreover, the relationship manager has informed me that there will be no refund.

                                    This situation is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to either credit the token amount to the property owner or refund the same to me at the earliest. Please address this issue promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

                                      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against NoBroker concerning their Comprehensive Property Management Service (CPMS), specifically their NRI plan. I subscribed to their premium service with high expectations based on their promises. However, over the past two years, I have experienced recurring issues that have caused significant mental harassment, financial inconvenience, and dissatisfaction.

                                      Key Issues:
                                      Failure to Deliver Promised Services: The CPMS plan was marketed as a premium service to manage property and provide seamless support. However, the company failed to meet even 1% of the promised quality standards.
                                      Chronic Delays and Negligence: The property contract renewals were consistently delayed, inspections were not conducted on time, and tenant-related discussions were mismanaged.
                                      Lack of Accountability: Despite escalating these issues multiple times, including directly to the company's senior leadership, there has been no improvement or resolution, highlighting poor organizational management.
                                      Mental Harassment: The negligence, lack of responsiveness, and repeated failures have caused immense stress and frustration over the past two years.
                                      Non-Refundable Charges: Despite terminating the service due to non-performance, the company is refusing to refund the service fees or provide any compensation for the damages caused.
                                      Desired Resolution:
                                      Refund of the service charges paid for the remaining contract period.
                                      Compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused due to their negligence.
                                      I am attaching all relevant documentation, including email correspondence and service details, to support my complaint.

                                      This complaint is being filed as a last resort due to the company's failure to resolve the issues despite repeated escalations. I request your kind intervention to ensure that NoBroker is held accountable for their poor service and that I receive a fair resolution.

                                        I did deal for one property through Nobroker. They told me property is e khata and due to that i given token money as well as Nobroker end to end services 1.6 laksh. Nobroker said if legal will not clear then they will deduct 25k and will return my money back.

                                        More than 2 months legal not cleared as well as came to know its B khata. Now Nobroker is not accepting any call and not ready to return my money back.

                                        I want to raise complaint against Nobroker of 420 case.

                                        Please help.
