[Resolved] Nobroker — No Refund for Tenant Money Back Plan | |||||
I had opted for NoBroker MoneyBack Plan in which if I don't get a house from NoBroker then I will get the complete refund from the company. Since i didn't rent flat from NoBroker I applied for refund on 5th Dec2020. Its been close to 2 months since then but the company is not refunding my money (INR 6489)or replying to my emails. Every time I contact their customer care they say that the refund will take place within 7 days or you will get call back from our superiors in 2 hours but i never hear back anything. It is becoming mental torture now. Even the RM said in the last call that some employee named Gayatri Bhasin has rejected my refund twice and he has applied again but there is no response from the team. I had also written to the nobroker leadership team but I don't think they care about the customers at all. The RM also asked me to feel free to send legal notice to the company as he can't do anything else from his end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
