[Resolved] Nobroker — No services given after paying Rs 25000 as MONEY BACK GUARANTEED PLAN

I bought a MONEY BACK plan for Rs 25000 for sale of my 2 Bedroom Flat in Bangalore, concorde midway city

However there is no services being gien and company has not even appointed a field Manager or relatiosnhip Manager for my case

Can some help ? Or is it another financial fraudulent company
