Nobroker — NoBroker Fraud: 22,001 Paid Rejected Procurement Still Charged 999 EC (now 667 after Twitter) + 2,999 Processing

I am Ritik Jain, On 01-Sep-2025 I paid ₹22, 001 to NoBroker for their “Khata Combo Package” (Khata Transfer + Tax + BESCOM).

Facts:
After payment, NoBroker RM Sreekanth called and said “Khata Transfer is NOT possible, you have to go for Khata Procurement” and insisted I pay ₹4, 000 extra for procurement package.
I clearly rejected Khata Procurement and told them to either do the original Khata Transfer or cancel and refund.
Despite my rejection, NoBroker unilaterally went ahead and procured an EC which is complimentary with the package without my consent and deducted:
• ₹999 for EC (their own internal receipt shows 5-yr EC costs only ₹667 → ₹332 fraud)
• ₹2, 999 as “processing fee” claiming “for document verification” – I never authorised anything.
When I raised the issue and created a Twitter thread @Rtk_Jain
(3, 000+ views), only then did NoBroker reduce the EC charge to ₹667 in their latest offer (clear admission that ₹999 was wrong).
They offered only ₹18, 335 and still refuse to refund the ₹2, 999 processing fee for a service I explicitly rejected. Offer REJECTED.
Demanded call recording to prove I ever agreed → 48+ hrs silence.

Total fraud: ₹3, 998Legal violations: CPA 2019 Sec 2(9), 2(28), 2(47) – Misrepresentation, Deficiency in service, Unfair trade practice.

Demand: Immediate full refund ₹22, 001 + ₹10, 000 compensation for fraud, misrepresentation & 75-day harassment.

NoBroker is repeatedly cheating customers with the same “transfer not possible → force procurement → charge anyway” trick.Please help get justice.
