I was taken their packers and movers service and insurance as well initially they have provided me a dummy sbi insurance policy and moved the house hold things thinking that no damage will happen, then their was a damage in one of the house hold belonging and they said please submit all the images and all which i have submitted to them and then after few call they have given another insurance policy this time not sbi and told that insurance team is working i am following up and they are keeps telling me its in progress since last one month Let me take the person name is kuldeep.
