Paid 45K rent through nobroker with correct account number. Have proof funds transfer via NEFT on same account number and IFSC and shared the same with Nobroker team. Transfer is failing from Nobroker to Landlord due to Nobroker's technical issue but still they have refunding the rent amount without refunding "Service Fee" for the service they were not able to provide Reference: NRP 17621409 Please refund the service fee Was this information helpful? Hi Chetan, the service charge is a non-refundable amount. Also, a refund is processed when a transaction is found to be suspicious & you are unable to provide us with a valid document in order to identify whether the transaction is legitimate or not.
