Incorrect refund amount paid

Please think before paying amount to them. In order to get refund, they will make you cry. I have sent around 25 mails, 4 calls to get it resolved and it feels like begging for your own money. Really frustrating. They are changing statements to avoid refund. Think twice before paying anything to them....

Money back Plan

Hi, I have taken the NoBroker money back plan which states that if they will not be able to provide you the house in 2 months they will refund your amount.
I found the house myself and asked for the money back to assigned relationship manager by the NoBroker company. They informed me to write an email which I wrote and also followed back. They never responded back single time on that and any time I call they simply create a ticket...

Failure to refund

I made a payment related to the basic plan for tenants of 1178 on 12th July. Today is the 8th day. In spite of repeated assurances by Mr. Azeez Ahmed from the sales team who first told me he is a supervisor (I have all the audio recordings) even after so long the money hasn't been credited back to my account. Now the agents want me to wait for 10 more days. What kind of circus are you guys running?...

Security Deposit Refund delay

We rented a house through Nobroker and after 6 months of lock-in period we were asked to vacate the premises, we handed over the keys on 5th July and its 19th July today and we get no support whatsoever for the refund of security deposit, the owner paid the amount on 7th, the team at nobroker keeps giving us dates but that never happens, please help us...

I had visited a flat in pragathi nagar through NoBroker and given advance 10k. After few days no response received from financial institutes to which I have provided documents to process loan. Even contacted Bajaj Finance as well for loan no response after few days. As it is panchayat layout and no banks ready to give loan. NoBroker Home Interiors, regarding incomplete and inferior work.

I paid almost 11 lakhs to complete the internal renovation work through NoBroker, but only a small amount of work is completed and the quality of the work is inferior. I paid for Plumbing, Electrician, Civil work, and False Ceiling in 2 installments. The first installment of almost 6 lakhs is paid on the 31st of May and the second installment of almost 3 lakhs for the electrician on the 5th of July. It's trouble to get the work done with...

Damaged commodity during transportation

Commodities were damaged during house shifting and their partners changed the vehicle without any information while in transit. They loaded the household goods in vehicle no - DL1LAA6143 and was bought in vehicle no DL1LAG1649. the furniture were also damaged....

Rental agreement /Rental receipt

In The home which I stay for Rent currently, owner has chosen Nobroker CPMS plan.

Staying for rent from 4th Jun 2022. I got only the commercial agreement copy from no broker. When I asked for stamp paper agreement, the nobroker team gave me hard copy without owner signature.

When I requested for signed agreement, omwer complained that, In CPMS plan of no broker, the owner will be having contract between them...

Home renovation Service - Not refunding the advance amount

I had made the advance payment of Rs 25, 000 on 28-Jun-22 based on an initial quotation of Rs 86, 000. Vendor visited on 30-June-2022 and I got a revised quotation on 30-June for an amount of Rs 1, 25, 000. This was a hike of 45% on the initial quotation. Refund not received even after 2 months

I made 2 transactions on NoBroker which I canceled due to some issue. After 2 months of cancellation, I am still waiting for the refund. I have sent multiple mails to their “so-called” escalation team, but they are of no help. Their only reply is “give us time till tomorrow, we will call you”, but this tomorrow never comes. Their customer service is very poor....
