On 13 Sept I booked mover and packing services from noBroker. I shipped 11 packages (including 8 carton boxes, 2 suitcases and 1 matt) on 13 Sept. I received partial consignment(6 carton boxes, 2 suitcases and a 1 damaged matt) on 25 Sept. 2 carton boxes have been missing, I have been chasing the nobroker and partner team for the last 10days now and no one is able to track the consignment. Now they tell me its lost.
Now I have made the insurance claim(1-2JE3FINH) BUT NOT SURE if that will also be provided or not because of this kind of service by nobroker and its partner.
NOW, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAILS.
Simply want my insurance claim for which I have already paid.

For Wadrobe its almost 15 days they took shutter, while trying to call just getting 2 days it will be done, till now no fixes done. Earlier they said if delayed they will provide agreed penalty of 30% of project cost, still that also not credited
One of the worst service I am getting, No one followup, , i need to personally ask for update.
Request to fix shutters and bed issue with penalty which is agreed they will give if delayed, its already delayed 15 days.
