Created an intercity NoBroker Packers and Movers order, and my belongings were picked up on October 18, 2024. I opted for storage since I hadn't finalized a rental house at the destination. I finalized the rental house on December 20, 2024, and notified the delivery partner that I would be moving in on January 10, 2025. When I called on January 9, they assured me the delivery would happen the next day. However, since January 10, I have been calling them daily, and each day they promise a future delivery date. The reason for the delay, as they explained, is that their team is facing issues with a third-party vendor. I am now extremely anxious, to the point of suspecting that my items might have been lost.
