Refund denied

I registered my property in Thane with NoBroker and took the CPMS Premium Plan (Rs 24999). I was assured that everything, starting from listing, to speaking to potential tenants, to making rental agreements will be covered in this plan and I will only be contactable by the RM. Delay in shifting service

Highly unprofessional service. Booked for movers and packers service on 7th Jan 2024.

No courtesy call made. Movement was from Ramesh nagar to Rajouri Garden. Delay by 4 Hours, no commitment kept nor call made by the App to convey delay.

Token booking amount of 2100 was paid as on 7th Jan itself

Service Not Fulfilled and Abused by employee When questioned

I am looking out for a rental home and I took the No Broker Rental Plan on 05 Jan 2024 for Rs. 1768.82, My mobile number is +91 [protected].

I was promised 25 owner contacts and after retrieving 2 contacts your service stopped and I am not able to get any owner contacts for the past 5 or 6 days.

I constantly kept complaining to you through different modes and there was no proper response.

Refund not processed

I had taken “Super MoneyBack” plan from Nobroker for one of my apartments in Thane for a cost of Rs. 11, 798.82 on 10th Oct. I however, finalised the tenant through another source, so I seeked the refund from the NoBroker team on 31st Oct, sharing with them my rental agreement and asking for a refund. Fraud company

Despite providing all the relevant documents, they didn't process the transaction. They charge processing fee for nothing. I have provided rental agreement as per their request. The cancelled and refunded my amount and took processing charges for no service. Totally disappointed with their service.

Refund complaint: very bad service by nobroker

I was finalizing one property in Bangalore so I had taken service from No Broker as they insist me take service for legal verification of the property. But if I did not use your service then I will get my refund back. That time Sunil Kumar Nor Broker sales person agreed on that. Later (around 5- 6 days) due to some reason I cancelled the property so I asked No Broker Sunil Kumar to return my money back as I have not gone for paper verification...

Noc related issue bank side asking NOC for lien marked amount of 60000

I made a rent payment on 6 November 60000 Rs through no broker application which has been double credit in my account and that amount has been reversed to no broker account on 18th November. For your reference I attached bank statement. I will contact so many times customer care and over a mail but no response. Took money and did not provide service

After subsription, they did n provide me the service due to technical issue from their end. When asked for a refund through call and mail, they solved the issue next day.When I do not need their service, they are providing it.Taking the money from the customer and providing service as and when they pleased. This is not professionalism but merely fooling customer....

Took money and didn provide service on time

After subscribing their plan for 2000 plus rupees, I was not able to access the owner’s details. When given complaint, they said due to technical issue from their end and the issue get resolved in 12 hours. They failed to give the solution even after 12 hours. I told them to get the refund. They rectified the technical issue when I asked for a refund and told them I was not in need of their service anymore.They take money from the customer...

We havent requested a plan, then they scheduled a visit after clicking on the schedule visit icon. And he said no hidden charges as owner is taking premium plan. We are showing the house. After everything is finalised, they are asking to 2000...

I am complaining about fake owners/brokers posting rental flats on the website/app

I connected with multiple brokers on the app through their listings. All of them are fake. I transferred Rs. 13050/- as they said that it will be refundable if I do not like the property after I visit the same. But they are fraud asking for 2000/3000 as token money. Please help me get my hard-earned money back. Please! and sue Nobroker for letting such people register on their application.

Loss due to NoBroker legal service failure

I have paid for "Complete Buyer Assist Package" service with NoBroker for Rs. 25, 000 on 4-Apr-2023. This package includes two services.
1. Title verification (for Rs.10000)
2. Assists in the sale deed execution (For Rs, 15000)

NoBroker team confirmed that this title verification provided by their lawyers can be used for loan process which would be accepted by the bank.
