Nobroker — Nobroker packers and movers false promise , worst support

So I booked NoBroker's packers and movers service for March 8, 2023. After a visit from their supervisor for 3 BHK, they quoted me 14500 for 50 boxes, and the distance was 5 km. They asked me to upgrade to premium by paying an additional 3, 000 and promised me everything would be properly packed and wrapped. The total I paid was 17, 500 rupees .

Nobroker's moving partner, "Naresh Reddy, " and the team started their work; they got only 32 boxes and packed only one side of the sofa and a refrigerator, that was all.

Even after I paid a premium, they did not even do the basic packing. THE TEAM SUPERVISOR, NARESH REDDY, HARDLY CAME IN TO CHECK ON HOW THINGS WERE GOING. He was busy on his phone and stayed in his car most of the time.

50% of my stuff was packed in my curtains, bedsheets, and scarves.

Mattresses were not packed and were lying here and there in front of my apartment like garbage. They were covered with grease and black fingerprints.

Bedsheets, curtains, and scarves were damaged because they were used as boxes.

No furniture was packed except for one side of the sofas and the refrigerator.

They used my packing material, including plastic rolls and papers, without asking me and asked me to get more papers from somewhere for packing.

-for a 3-bedroom house and a 5-kilometre distance, they started at 7 a.m. and finished it at 1 a.m. the next day [it took 18 hours]. Naresh Reddy forced me to close it somewhere around 11 p.m. and demanded I pay before finishing the job by standing on my face and forcing me to give an OTP.

I told Naresh Reddy that the job was not done as per the nobroker's commitment, and he then blamed it on his boys, went near them and raised his hand (he did not hit), and insulted their mother and sister. This was just an act he showed so that I would not complain about him, and I clearly told him not to do this kind of act in front of me. Then he asked me not to complain, and this drama lasted for about 2 hours. I had to witness such things.

MOVING MANAGER—MISS GAYATRI

NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER SERVICE When I called her the next day, she was at lunch. They said we had arranged for her to call back, which she never did; she then went on sick leave for a week, and she never called me again. then I wrote an email to nobroker, and she called me the next morning and apologised, and I explained her issue. She said she would talk to her senior, and we would talk about compensation. I agreed. Another week, no call from my moving manager. When I called her after that, she asked me, Is your problem not solved yet? "YOU ARE MY MOVING MANAGER; YOU SHOULD KNOW IT BETTER!

Then she tells me to talk to her moving partner, Naresh Reddy, about compensation. He is your partner, not mine. I HIRED YOU TO DO A JOB, AND YOU REQUESTED THAT I NEGOTIATE WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY PARTNER 'WOW, ' WHO HAS ALREADY CAUSED SO MUCH DRAMA IN THIS WHOLE SETUP.
IS IT MY JOB TO TALK TO HIM OR YOURS? I GAVE YOU PICTURES AND EVERYTHING IN THAT MAIL; WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT, PURE Frustration? Then she says, Okay, I will talk to him, and another week later, no call from the no-broker side.

YOUR BETTER YOU GO AND FIND THIS THIRD PARTY YOURSELF; IT WILL BE CHEAPER AND YOU CAN HANDLE YOUR OWN THINGS THAN WAIT IN QUEUE TO SPEAK TO A MOVING MANAGER AND SHE WILL BE ON LEAVE
