Worst experience never recommend it to others.I have shifted my household items from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar through NoBroker.com, before job they assured me I won't face any problem during shifting. The executive told me that you will claim if anything thing damage or stolen during shifting so I insured my household items through NoBroker and paid the premium amount directly to NoBroker account. They shifted my household items through an unprofessional packers named Nayak Packers and Movers who's service is very worst. When the vehicle reached the destination all the items are scattered in the vehicle due to inefficient packing by packers. No unloading staff, no helper in vehicle only driver so the vehicle detained for two days, the packers and movers co hired local labour and unloaded all the household items maximum items received damaged conditions also some items were missed, what an unprofessional packer and movers and Nobroker service. I called many times to NoBroker to unpack my household items but they don't listen so slowly slowly I unpacked all the items and filled claims with IFFCO-Tokio for Rs 25K, they told me to submit all the supporting after submitting all the details with claim amount they simply bargain the amount with cause of depreciation don't understand why depreciation on repairing cost, and passed the claim for only Rs 2700, I told them I don't want this much amount you spend for your staff welfare. My premium amount is more than claim sanctioned amount what a rubbish. Don't trust this type of companies they all are cheaters they will cheat you within a second.
