Nobroker Painting Fraud done to NRI

Nobroker is a broker doing painting frauds. I am an NRI who got to know their painting fraud. They use local unprofessional painters. I actually live in australia, melbourne and was asked to give the keys for painting. I gave the keys. My uncle monitored and found that they were skipping coats. They did not apply primer. They have collected more money than local painters. They sent unprofessional painters, who were unable to do painting properly. They promise that City Manager and FRM will visit to monitor. My uncle found that no one visited. FRM was Asif, one more senior Jameel. Useless people. The painters sent are jobless people who do painting due to their circumstances, they are not professionals. You pay money to nobroker and a local person who gathers jobless people for painting who is called their service partner. You also pay to those jobless people who do painting. So you are paying 2 middlemen and 3, the painters. They do not paint grill or safety door properly as they do not know it. It requires a lot of skill and the outside of the grill is not painted as they do not know. Real professionals use swing to do such painting. The same people will also do waterproofing, not the professional way, they do not know. Leakage will not go. These people sometimes do painting at night as well and during the day they will have their nap in your house as they have the keys and no one to monitor. When you don’t see, most of the time these painters are talking to their relatives in UP or remote Maharashtra. They will waste all time and skip most work which you may not know if you do not see. If you complain, FRM will say I am busy taking new orders. 6 months warranty is to attract people, they do not do the basic work properly. Useless warranty, any way your leakage will not be fixed. Only 2 people came to complete work for my 4 BHK Bungalow in Pune. Pathetic service, never try it !!!
Moral. Do not give keys to nobroker for painting. They will fool you. No primers or instead of 2 only one coat will be applied. They will insist on same colour for this reason. Do not pay half money, which has to be paid after completion, if you have opted for their painting services. The painters will intimidate or negotiate that they will fix their improper work, do not fall prey and approach the nearest police station to complain about harrasment from these guys. The best way to do painting as an NRI is to hire a local, (monitor them to see if they deliver their promises) and provide them the inventory of raw materials and then after finishing pay the labour cost. Do not get cheated by these online brokers. If you paid all money, you will not get it back as they will say work completed.
