I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the NoBroker Property Advisor Plan that I enrolled in last Wednesday.
As per the plan details, I was supposed to be able to shortlist up to 50 properties and directly contact property owners from the same day of enrollment. However, I am currently facing the following issues:
I am unable to shortlist properties or contact property owners through the app.
I am unable to log in to the app from another device.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care and my assigned relationship manager(Parul jain), I have not received any response or callback so far.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, as the services promised under the plan are not accessible even after successful enrollment and payment.
I request you to look into this matter on priority and resolve the issue at the earliest. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, please guide me on the next steps, including possible alternatives or a refund.
