[Resolved] Nobroker — NoBroker - Wrong property listed for cheating customer

I paid ₹1, 178.82 on March 22, 2024, intending to rent a 1 BHK flat. After selecting the property, I tried contacting the owner multiple times, but he didn’t answer. Eventually, he picked up and informed me that the flat was already rented out. However, the reality is that it’s still available through a broker.

We also reached out to 2 or 3 other property owners, but most of them didn’t answer their phones either. When I asked NoBroker for a refund, they simply stated that they don’t have a refund policy. Surprisingly, they claim there’s no mention of it anywhere

Please help me to get my refund asap.

I don’t know how many people you have cheated through your website, but I would like to request you to stop such practices. Otherwise, I will complain about this to our Prime Minister, Mr. Modi Ji. I will wait one more week and then take further action against you. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
