I took a paid NoBroker service for finding a tenant for my apartment in Bangalore. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly promised that:
A professional photoshoot of the property would be conducted the following day, and
The property would be advertised on NoBroker’s portal, and
A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) would be available to assist me throughout the process.
None of the above commitments were honoured.
The promised photoshoot was never conducted, and my property was not advertised as assured. My assigned RM was completely unresponsive despite multiple follow‑ups. When I eventually received calls, the representatives were inefficient, unhelpful, and unable to explain the failure, other than reading scripted responses with no accountability or resolution.
This experience has caused loss of time, frustration, and complete erosion of trust in NoBroker’s paid services. I paid specifically to avoid this kind of inefficiency, yet received worse service than free platforms.
This is a clear case of:
Misrepresentation at the time of sale
Non‑delivery of a paid service
Poor and negligent customer support
I am seeking:
Immediate refund of the full amount paid, OR
Proper delivery of the promised service without further delay
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through consumer complaint platforms and legal channels.
