Nobroker — Not fulfilling shifting commitment

I have booked for a packers and movers package, after I found a house and availed Rental Agreement and Cleaning Services through NoBroker...

After my initial request, a video call inspection was made... Then I got a quotation for Rs. 15, 353/- and was asked to pay Rs, 4, 605/- as advance on 27/05/2025 to book a slot for 07/06/2025... I have paid the advance on 27/05/2025...

On 06/06/2025 I got a call from NoBroker Packers and Movers for confirmation for shifting on 07/06/2025, which I said I am for shifting...

Today morning at 10:00 AM I got a call from a shifting team and said that the shifting will be delayed by 1:00 to 2:00 hours...

I immediately called[protected]will be hereafter referred to as company number) and one lady confirmed that I will get the shifting team at house at 11:00 AM...

Shifting persons did not come and I happened to speak to multiple people in the company number - None gave grievances solutions and refused to share the contact information...

The problem continued until 2:45 PM and the vendor team visited my house after that,,, The vendor team found their vehicle was small and left without any shifting work... Immediately I called the company number to inform them of the vendor comments...

One Mr. Abhishek arranged a call back from his Supervisor, Mr. Jagadessh... The short summary of my conversation with MR. Jagadesh is as follows.

1. He said on physical inspection, found one table is extra, which I disagree with and I said, if so, arrange to transport only listed materials...
2. He arranged a conference call with the Vendor...
3. Vendor wants to do carpentry work now, to ensure he can transport in his vehicle...
4. Mr. Jagadesh wanted to re-inspect the materials today and will arrange for a transport post inspection...
5. When I reminded Mr. Jagadeesh about Video inspection before quotation and I do not accept carpentry work which was not communicated to me before quotation.
6. MR. Jagadeesh said it was mentioned in the quotation, if required the customer to do carpentry work - I yet to see the same...
7. I said Mr. Jagadeesh that if at all carpentry work is required I should have informed before the allotted time i. e. ;10:00 AM today and not after 4:30 hours after the alloted time...
8. I asked for a contact address and phone number of a person who can be contacted to resolve the issue...
9. Mr. JAgadeesh refused to give and I said I have left with no option and will go to police for cheating and mental and financial losses due to non-fulfillment of contract by NoBrokers,,,,
10. Mr. Jagadeesh said go to the Police and disconnected the call...

I got your email id from the a representative through company number and asked to write an email to get a response in 30 minutes,,,

I hope to get a response immediately for the completion of my contract...

I was asked to pay immediately, now NoBrokers takes10 days to repay me for their mistake...
There is no mention of loss I am going to bear for not shifting on time - like Rent, Stay and Extra money I might have to shell out for last minute booking...
Cancelation was done without my permission, to escape from responsibility by NoBrokers...
