I made a rent payment on 6 November 60000 Rs through no broker application which has been double credit in my account and that amount has been reversed to no broker account on 18th November. For your reference I attached bank statement. I will contact so many times customer care and over a mail but no response. Every one giving false commitment i am very fraustated about this issue whenever i call customer care he/she telling same dialouge...

After subsription, they did n provide me the service due to technical issue from their end. When asked for a refund through call and mail, they solved the issue next day.When I do not need their service, they are providing it.Taking the money from the customer and providing service as and when they pleased. This is not professionalism but merely fooling customer....
