I "finalized" a deal through NoBroker, where the owner said he didn't want NoBroker to post the property so early, but they did, in spite of his instruction. So the owner asked me to send a token advance, but said the property wouldn't be available for viewing yet. I had booked a flat for rent in Bangalore on 17th December using noBroker service. I had paid 21000 rupees to the noBroker team as service charge upon finalization of the apartment. 2 days later the owner backed out and said that he can't rent the apartment but the nobroker team has not refunded my 21000 yet. Created an intercity NoBroker Packers and Movers order, and my belongings were picked up on October 18, 2024. I opted for storage since I hadn't finalized a rental house at the destination.

This legal service of no broker is really not upto the mark. I expected some good legal reviews of the documents to be handed over in time, some good communication with Santosh, however it seems that I have to do all these documents verification myself as cooperation from the legal team Santosh is really not good. I'm not sure whether you're an actual advocate or not.
