Dear Sir,
NO Broker asked me to register for a plan paying 6000.00 INR in which within 2 months if they fail to find a tenant the money will be refunded.
they found the tenant on april 14th 2024 and took money from me for rental agreement and police verification - 6400.00 INR. they delayed the agreement process and made me do the registration in may around 10th.
when i asked when the tenant will take possession after 1 week they told tenant will not take possession and he took some other property.
i had asked and sent email to confirm i will do rental registration only if the tenant will join, they said do it people from the rental agreement team of No broker.
when i asked Mrs. Sonali who is my property manager, she told me the tenant moved to a different property. and since that day i am asking for my refund of 6000K paid for the service which they fail to find a tenant. and the rental agreement money.
i have sent more than 4-5 emails they are not replying.
