[Resolved] Nobroker — Not refunding the Relax plan amount

We bought a Relax plan to find rent properties back in January. We were assigned an RM to help us find the right apartments based on our needs. We paid extra for RM plan so that we can peacefully concentrate on our work while actively searching for properties. The RM assigned was of no use and we submitted multiple complaints. After a month they changed our RM and the other guy was no different. We did another complaint asking that guy to get us someone useful. After that they stopped respong (after 17th feb), the RM went on sick leave, supervisor kept giving false promises. After this mental torture, we ended up finding an apartment ourselves. Now no broker is denying any refund, not even 50% even after such a pathetic service. Last person I talked to was Rakshitha S from Bangalore office.
