[Resolved] Nobroker — Owner - Seller Super Money back plan - worst service

Hi,

This is an escalation against Nobroker fake service, commitment and garranty to sell my 2bkh flat in pune wale emarald Pune 411057 within 90days.

Nobroker has commited to sell my flat within 3months and followed me for 2months to provide best services. Considering and trusted their words i availed the service.

But they are not able to sell my flat and no customer visit is done yet and no deals.

i think Nobroker is doing false commitment and cheating customer time and money People are bying projects from buliders but nobroker is not able to arrange any meeting and till now last 2.5 months no cusotmer has visited.

Now after just passing time they are deducting charges without any efforts and earning money from cusotmer showing they are best.

They are not responding properly now and not stopping my service and giving back my full amount 24000rs ++

If no results and no visit they why should i pay some money to Nobroker instear they should returny full amount.

But they are knowngly delying my matter and just doing time pass wihout resoving issue. i never recommand this service and pleas look into this matter as saying they are the best and provide 100% satisfactory service.

please take action and help me and help cusotmer from such kind of organization.

i made so many calls and helped the to sell flat and gave ideas but i dont think they capable.

I called mant times and sent emails to stopping my service and return my full amount and unsatisfatory service, they became very slow and no enough response from senior (Ashwini -RM and Indrani RM Senior). also no response by email and Customer care as always redirecting to RM.

Please take serious actiion agaisnt them.

Not Happy at all and now harassing me to returny money.

it is not resolved as a customr satisfaction. iwasted 5k rupees and time. i should get full refund becouse No meeting with cusotmer and deals were done. i think you data base not genuine as almost 52+ cusotmer have rejetced property without any visit and intrest. Now It best and area and growing like good market price and upcoming for all. Even from myself and builders so many deals visited and about to close. But from your side there No single one and must be some efforts has to make make to close leads in 3monthd. now you are running company may have ideas how to be trust, honest and effortfull for all. Anyway thanks for your help from your team.

Updated by GaneshDeewan Thanks closing it though i lost 5k, time wasted. Yiu guys have to not overcommit and since in my case no delas and no meeting done it looks like very disapponting though you put some effort. anyway thanks for help and try to build trust and give honest serive.

Thanks i am eligible for refund and pleaee go throughmy issue and concerns . please look into and refund my full amount as Nobroker did jot put mucheffiorts to sell my flat as i reminded several times and as i availed such a costly plan after you guys has commited but No outcomes.

Nobroker is a no-ethics company. They give free listings and next starts the calls to buy premium services. And after all the promises there is no service and no refund. Surprised that this is happening in such huge scale.
