Entered into an agreement for taking a flat on rent through NoBroker. Was asked to provide my ID proof (Aadhar & PAN Card) and pay Rs. 10k as advance deposit on 8 Oct 21. Owner is NRI. Did not provide any ID proof, NoBroker did not insist, but closed the deal. Owner never disclosed that he does not have POA in blood relative's name. From 8 to 20 Oct Owner did not provide even one ID proof for himself despite several reminders. Kept changing...

I am a 70+ yrs old senior citizen and my source of income was only rental income. Now because of pandemic, I was trying to rent out my flat.
This Yaseen Khan from nobroker was following up with me for nearly a 1 month to take premium plan. He even gave his personal number and asked me to call him when I want to take the plan.

I have paid rent of 201800 via No broker merchant of Razaropay but the No broker has denied to transfer the rent to the land lord and they have refunded only 1, 99, 500 INR after deducting the services charges but actually they only can deduct the service charge of 2000 only if they provided any services but unfortunately they have denied to

I had detailed discussion with Nobroker sales rep and opted a plan for a property in Bangalore. They incorrectly tagged an RM for one Chennai property which wasn't the request. Four full days gone but the mistake isn't corrected. Instead everyday I have to chase to get a note stating they will correct and call me back in 15 mins. Not sure if the clock is stuck for them that the committed time never ticks off.

I have paid my first rent via nobroker, initially they give a instant payment offer, then they give a 24 hour time line, and now they changing the timeline everytime and asking to wait till eod.Please either pay the rent or refund at the earliest within 4 pm today.Otherwise I will be thrown out.

1. I keep receiving calls for selling their paid services repeatedly it was more like harrassment
2. The leads from them were all local brokers and no real / keen rental requirement...
