I had availed a property management service from nobroker.com on 11th January after making payment of Rs. 8000. The payment receipt was confirmed by Sai Dhayanand . After making the payment he mentioned that a manager will call me to initiate the rental agreement renwal process. However, post that he has not responded. He is not available on the phone as well. I tried calling multiple people at nobroker.com but everytime i was told, someone will call me back. Its 4 days now no one has called me. Very poor and unacceptable service.

    NO Broker called me multiple times to select a plan to rent out my property in Pune. After all the promises i agreed and took a plan for 7500.
    According to this after 21 days i will get daily rent if they do not rent out my property.
    Now after 21 days i am trying to contact them but i get no reply on email or no one pics my call.
    The sales person i talked to was Rahul Sharma.
    Now he is always busy and at the start i was getting 3 calls a day.
    My property is still not rented out.
    This is fooling the people.

    after many calls and emails i finally just got one call from Pradeep Kumar who again is not a assigned relationship manager to me and he was very rude to speak too. This was not the tone that Rahul Sharma used when he sold me the plan. So this is just very annoying to del with these guys.

        I have posted my free property add and it has been almost one month since have been activated nor processed nor listed still how many days required for activation.
        They are not able to solve my queries saying false reasons

          Someone called me on behalf of the RBL credit card department from Mumbai and said had tie-up with nobroker and suggested converting my reward points into paying my remaining bill and increasing the available limit.

          She initiated 4 transactions. These are the screenshots:

          I am not sure what it is. I checked nobroker enabling to make payments for RBl so I trusted here. But after then received a call from the RBL department, that it was a fraud and they blocked my card now.

          I want you to take strict action on this. I need that money back.

              No broker packers are worst packers i have ever seen in my life...i thought a company would be better than ad hoc i always used to hire, but they worked like ad hocs only ...their team was extremely unprofessional, customer service was obviously unaware of things going on the ground. The so called movement supervisor didnt even call a day before as per the company assurance.. untill i called him in the eve. He misbehaved after job and kept pressing me to make payment soonest i guess the company doesnt even pay the hard labour their movement team did. See the kind of packing they did for my expensive mattresses, i clicked the photo. Even my bed roll was kept on the road bare without any covering. They have damaged my spli ac outdoor unit also. This company should shut down i would say. See the photograph for youself. Its just one of the many i clicked.

                Dear Sir/Mam
                I had paid 30, 000 rent to my landlord by mistakenly I selected maintainance instead of rent nobroker deducted my amount 30100 (30, 000 rent plus 100fee).
                They asked me maintainance bill which I mentioned I said I Have not they said will refund your money after deducting more processing fee will refund 29800 from 30100. I sai okay this talks were over phone with customer care executive.
                I am sending mails to no broker from 30th December I am getting only auto reply that executive will be replied in 24 Hrs but no one is contacting on mail or over phone whenever I am calling them everytime their replies are different one executive says refund has Processod one says hasn't been processed one said will process today I am chasing them from last 7 days but didn't get my refund or any official mail from no broker please help.

                  Refund pending for almost a year

                  I have made a payment of 479 for rental agreement and following with customer care refund for almost 1 year. They not resolving my issue as they not able to provide agreement as i required. Still not Refunded.                     I had posted my 2 properties on NoBroker for which I took their Moneyback plan paid services on the 3rd of Aug 2021. The NoBroker team was unable to sell both my properties. I received a refund for one of my property however it has been more than 2 months since I am yet to receive the refund for my other property.

                    They mentioned that we did the refund for both the properties together however the reference id provided by them was incorrect. I checked the bank statement and it didn't reflect in the bank statement too.

                    I have made so many follow-up calls and every time they say that they will get it done. Mrinal Sharma was the account manager assigned to me and I also spoke to his Manager Priya Kesarwani. However, they still don't have any concrete answers and every time they say that they will follow up with their team.
                    They don't have the courtesy to even update their client from their end on the latest update.
                    NoBroker is a BIG SCAM as they don't value their clients at all. They didn't help me in selling the property as they just took my money and kept it with them for 3 months. Now they are taking more than 3 months to refund it.
                    I need Strict action to be taken against them.

                      I have been waiting since Saturday for a call from Nobroker movement manager to discuss about my shifting arrangements.

                      I have called 10-15 times since today morning because tomorrow is my shifting day. I was assured on email at 2:10 that I'm going to get a call ASAP but that didn't happen. I received a call at 8 pm from the movement manager named Abu who asked to pay 3 k more than the earlier promised quotation.

                      They should have communicated before about this. I have a morning slot booked for my shifting. I had to call several times to connect with the manager and at the last moment he is asking to pay more. This is like they are purposely creating such situation. Such a pathetic service.

                          The movers and packers charges was paid in full by me on 4-Dec-2021. But the AC installation which was supposed to be done the next day was not completed. I then hired another person to do it. Since then I am waiting the refund of Rs.2000- taken for AC installation . Chat messages phone calls - all no effect till today.

                            Please note that while taking the service I was promised the following:
                            Get Relationship Manager to help you SAVE time and money
                            Number of Contacts
                            Instant Property Alerts
                            Locality Experts
                            Rent Negotiation
                            This is the service that I have received:
                            My relationship manager was not available throughout the transaction.
                            The Field officer never came along with me to show me the property
                            The locality details were not shared with me, so I myself had to go and check the area.
                            The keys were handed over to the watchman instead of me
                            In spite of promising for a third geyser I haven't received the same yet.
                            I received the wrong agreement signing link on the 30th-night in spite of the team knowing that the owner stays in the US and I have to shift my luggage on the very next day.
                            We shifted in the society on 1.12.2021 but in the agreement, the purposefully wrong date is mentioned.
                            I was asked by your team to submit my hotel bills to them.
                            The new agreement is not shared till now in spite of calling @Mehnaz M and @Kaushik continuously multiple times.
                            My mental agony and pain don't stop here, in spite of trying to raise the issue to multiple channels it is not yet resolved

                                We had rented a no broker property in chennai-on nov 18th 2021. They had showed the property over video call and we were confirmed that the property would be handed over to us spotless. On reaching we realised the mistake of tusting a service such as NO BOKER. Dustry floor, unclean bathroom, plumping works pending. No response form the Relation ship managers, each time we are directed to new RM and we had to pay from our pocket for cleaning and repairing the property(plumping). Totally unprofesional service and to top it all everytime we are assured call back but no one calls back.

                                We will never trust this group and have received far more better service with Brokers . We need a proper response from the concerned department and a one point of contact.

                                  I found NoBroker completely unprofessional with no experience in addressing my rental needs. Poor communication from service agents, no follow through despite multiple enquiries and complete disregard to customer service, I feel like I wasted my valuable time and money signing up for their service. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

                                      I have a 2 BHK which is vacant and had requested for a money back plan to rent out the same. I initially paid for Best Effort Relax plan as per your representatives request. But I actually wanted the money back plan for which i was told to pay an additional Rs.4, 130/- which I paid. After a few days I was informed by one of your Manager that since there was very less response, money back plan would not be applicable for me and I would be refunded accordingly. This was more than 3 week back and every since then I have been asking several personnel whoever calls me about the refund, but I have not received any proper reply. Even now whenever I ask they just say that they will check and get back. I never get any reply regarding my refund, but I get all sort of other unnecessary calls. I am very frustrated. While you want payment you want it immediately but there is no proper response when it comes to refund.
