Nobroker — Owner Super Money Back Plan

I took Owner Super money back plan from "Nobroker.in" worth 12000 rs including taxes. The agency promised me that they will find a tenant for sure and if they didn't find the tenant in 60 days, they will refund the whole amount. They will provide Relationship manager and Field service manager also and also my apartment ad will be listed as premium in top page.This agency is a fraud company cheating customers, taking thier money and making false promises. From the beginning, the so called relationship manager never responds. Also the ad was not listed as preminum. I couldn't find my ad in thier site every after checking the 15th page of search result in that area.You have to call them multiple times to get any response from them.They will send fake reports every week about people who has contacted for apartment .After 60 days my plan got expired. They said they will renew the plan and find me a tenant and didn't refund my money.After 2 weeks they arranged one guy who paid a very small amount as token and they closed the plan. This guy who booked the apartment didn't respond after calling him and texting him multiple times. When I called Nobroker, they said they closed the plan since i got tenant. But I didn't get any tenant and still my apartment is vacant. They are not ready to refund my money as well.One Fraud guy took my call and telling me we closed your plan as I got guy who is arranged by them inorder not to refund my money and I have to make payment one more time to publish my ad.
Kindly take action against this company who didn't refund my money since they didn't provide me tenant as per their Owner super money back plan. Since I am not in india now, Kindly provide remuneration for me for the call charges and the trouble caused to me by them.All proof of mails and payment is attached.

Nobroker team has informed me that they will be resuming the plan .But I need to know they will also adjust the number of days I am getting serviced as they didn't do anything related to plan for 4 weeks.
