Nobroker — Packers and movers

Booked my Packers and movers service from Hosur to Chennai as on March 26th, 2022 in a separate vehicle. Pick up is delayed as they split it into 2 packages and mixed it up with other customer goods. Delivered it partially as on 28th March 2022. It has been more than 30 days now (Apr 25th), still I am yet to receive my missing things on partial shipment. No positive response or resolution on Delivery and compensation. It is literally frustrating to follow up daily without any response or resolution.

Still no response on missing things either from Nobroker team or from Partner. Everyone getting a different stories. No clue whether it would be received.

Missing things:
1. Dining table with glass top 4 x 6 ft
2. Dining chairs 2nos
3. Wooden stand swing
4. Centre table glass top 3*5 ft

The following things are broken

1. Book shelves (1)
2. Dining chair (2)
3. Photo frames (3)

Very pathetic customer service or coordination between these brokers and partners (in crime).

Updated by Siva Stalin Partners ( packers) looted me Rs. 3500 me as tips in excess. Everytime a new movement manager and PNMgrievance officer ( Nehtra, Prashant Pathak, Roshini, Manjula...) but no response or resolution. Real frustrating experience. Please don't book their service
