[Resolved]  Nobroker — Payment Debited from my Credit card & Still Refund not received by No broker

I made a Payment of Rs. 23, 230 using my Axis Bank Credit Card on 2nd May 2022 using "No broker" Tuition fees payment service.
Payment transaction failed on the same day and the amount was debited from my credit card and not credited to the beneficiary account.
After 10-12 times calling, several mail reminders from my side, All your representatives giving the same answer- "we will check status and reply". Today, almost one month has passed and my payment is still pending.

I need my refunds amount. within credit card due date Due date is 4th June 2022.

Hi Panchakshar, in certain cases it takes more time than usual for the payment to be credited to the beneficiary's account as we need to do some checks from our end to ensure that the transaction is genuine. However, we are checking this with our team and we will certainly get back to you with an update on priority.
