We made package move booking via no broker. Initially they said 2100 after advance payment 1600 need to paid. Same confirmed by customer service executive. After the package movement the app showing 1600 for me 1900 for drives. Then we made a ca to customer care its bangalore they said 1600 only. They said we will ask Tamil customers care executive to talk to drivers. Then driver got a call and confirmed its 1600 and recived OTP from our end. After OTP Tamil customer care executive again called to driver and asking to get 1900 because time exceeded. Only 1hr 1600 after 60 mints they will charge. These information not communicated previous.
My query: 1. over the conversation the customer care executive told you might changed from you end to show minimum amount. NO BROKER APP having these kind of security flows?
2. Second time we are calling to bangalore customer care again they are telling 1600 only. How this was different from bangalore to Chennai I the same app?
3. Tamil customer care executive not knowing how to handle the customer. She is not knowing Tamil very well and no respect as well.
