I made a rent payment on 3rd Jan 2024 of 50k and still that has not been processed. When I called to Nobroker then I got to know they have made a double payment on 7th Nov 2023 means instead 50k they have transferred 50k amount twice to the beneficiary.
I have got one contact from finance team Sompalli from Nobroker executive. I have called him multiple times and texted on whatsapp as well but he is not responding at all.
After multiple follow ups with Nobroker I am hearing your issue will be resolved with in 24-48 working hours but still no resolution.
I have asked beneficiary to refund the amount and he is ready to refund but Nobroker has put the complaint in the bank and bank has kept 50k amount on hold and beneficiary can not use that amount so unable to refund. When beneficiary contacted his bank they said ask Nobroker to take a complaint back and immediately they will unhold the amount and beneficiary will transfer the amount to Nobroker.
I have asked multiple times to take a complaint back anyways they have kept my current transaction on hold of the same amount.
It was Nobroker fault and they are not even trying to resolve the issue and they are not taking as a serious.
