Subject: Complaint against NoBroker.com for Deficiency in Service Regarding Property Transaction and Non-Response. I chethana R, residing IN BANGLORE, On March 18, 2025, I viewed a property listed on the NoBroker platform.i have uploaded the property details below. on the same day, I agreed to purchase the property for ₹1, 32, 00, 000. As a token advance, I paid ₹50, 000 through NoBroker's payment link on March 18, 2025. I made a further payment of ₹50, 000 through NoBroker's payment link on March 28, 2025, totaling ₹1, 00, 000.

On April 28, 2025, the seller contacted me and informed me they were not going to sell the property. On the same day, April 28, 2025, I sent an email to NoBroker's RELATIONSHIP Manager, Manjunath (manu.[protected]@nobroker.in) and [protected]@nobroker.in, explaining the situation and requesting assistance.

Since then, I have made several phone calls to NoBroker on various dates between April 29, 2025, and May 13, 2025, but have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.

The lack of response and support from NoBroker, after facilitating the payment of a significant token advance through their platform, is a deficiency in their service and an unfair trade practice. This inaction has caused me significant distress and potential financial loss. they are playing with customers. 1, 00, 000 is not a small amount. i want justice this should not happen for others.
