Nobroker — Poor Service, they don't work!

I had activated NRI seller service which they call money back policy. I had to follow up with them on regular basis despite paying the premium. Its been 2 months and no one has taken photo of my property. They just send you false statistics saying x number of visits scheduled etc but nothing happens. I had to reach out to my close friend's circle and I ended up getting a few buyers. When reached out for refund, no broker is asking me to submit them a copy of sale deed. They just activate your service and list it on their sites and no proactive visits or anything. They will keep pitching different services and ask for more money but its useless. Don't ever fall int this trap and buy any of their services. Its better to work with a local sales agent who can dedicatedly work with you to get a genuine buyer. they charge you around 40K and they will deduct 10K if they cannot find a buyer on their platform so essentially, they are making 3K per customer for doing nothing from each customer with this package. Imagine they are doing the same with 1000's of customers. STAY AWAY!
