Formal Complaint Regarding Service Deficiency and Breach of Contract
I am writing to file a severe complaint against NoBroker regarding the Relax Plan subscription, which was contractually valid until October 23, 2025. My paid service was inexplicably and prematurely deactivated without any prior warning approximately one week ago, which constitutes a fundamental breach of the service agreement. Following this unauthorized deactivation, I made multiple attempts to contact customer care to resolve the issue and request reactivation. Despite clearly explaining the situation and receiving repeated assurances, absolutely no action has been taken by NoBroker, and the plan remains unusable. This complete failure to deliver the paid service and the subsequent lack of resolution from customer support demonstrate a severe deficiency in service and a profound disrespect for paying customers.
Due to the fundamental breach of contract and chronic failure of your support system, I am no longer seeking reactivation. I demand a FULL AND IMMEDIATE REFUND for the entire cost of the 'Relax Plan' subscription. I request the concerned authorities to direct NoBroker to process this full refund within a specific timeframe and provide suitable compensation for the resultant inconvenience and professional harassment caused by your company's poor service and negligence.
