Nobroker — Product got stolen // Items damaged and compensation offered is very low

Claim for Damaged Goods /Missing Products During

Transshipment – Order no:[protected]

I hope this message finds you well.

On [05-August 2025], I received a shipment under Shipment order no:[protected]].

Upon inspection, I discovered that the [specific goods, e.g. “3 ceramic bowls and plates/crates”] were “water-damaged and partially crushed” and few with spillage of detergents and oils and wall clocks being broken due to improper packaging.(No bubble wrapped were used for glasses and materials easy breakable)

I conducted a careful inspection immediately upon delivery, noting the damage on the delivery receipt In which I could find the plants were not even included in the list.

Attached are the following supporting documents:

Photographs of the damaged items and packaging from multiple angles

[If available] please arrange for an Inspection or survey report by a third-party whenever required / needed.

Based on the assurance shared by the No Broker team during booking Liability During Transshipment comes with their responsibility which in this case is not being taken care and the goods were not packed properly with fragile awareness.

The value of the damaged goods is as follows:

[Preethi Brand new mixie with Jars with multi functions Description] – Quantity: [1], Unit Value: [₹ 7000], 3 nature plants which is missed/ not found claimed to be lost.
Total claim amount including all damages and the product that's lost during transhipment: Rs. 7000

I kindly request the following:

A prompt acknowledgment of this claim.

Initiation of an investigation to determine liability.

Compensation covering the full value of the damage or issuance of replacements/delivery of equivalent goods against the lost product.

Please respond within reasonable timeframe If any additional documentation is required, I’m happy to provide it promptly.

All damaged goods and packaging are being preserved for inspection and will not be disposed o[censored]ntil the matter is resolved
