I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my deeply frustrating and unresolved experience with NoBroker. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Here is a simple breakdown of the facts:
Service Booked: Property Inspection
Amount Paid: ₹8000
Scheduled Date: September 15, 2025
Outcome: A complete NO-SHOW. Nobody from NoBroker came to the property or even called to cancel. The service I paid for was never rendered in any capacity.
The real nightmare began when I tried to get my money back. As of today (October 9th), it has been 24 days of me actively chasing a refund. My experience with their customer support has been abysmal:
Daily Calls: I have had to call their customer care almost every single day.
Rejected Refunds: My refund requests are repeatedly rejected through their system without any valid justification.
False Promises: On multiple occasions, I was promised a callback from a senior manager, but not once did I receive one.
Unresponsive Manager: My assigned Relationship Manager, Aaina Singh, is fully aware of this case but has been completely unresponsive and has offered zero resolution.
NoBroker took my money, failed completely to provide the service I paid for, and has now held my ₹8000 hostage for more than three weeks. This isn't a case of poor service; it's a case of no service combined with an unethical refusal to return a customer's money.
Be extremely cautious before paying this company for any service upfront. If they fail to deliver, you may have an incredibly difficult fight to get your money back.
