[Resolved] Nobroker — Property not activated even after 5 days

Hi, I have posted my property to rent out on No Brokers. I got the review call from them next day and they told me that property will be activated with in 24 hrs. It is almost 5 days now and property is still not activated. I am continuously calling customer care and they always tell me that they will check and get back. In fact, I got to talk to Nitesh also and he assured me that property will be activated with in 2 hrs. Still it is not activated. Today, when I call customer care and ask them to transfer the call to Nitesh, they are not transferring. This is really pathetic service for No broker. 3rd class customer support from nobroker. They will come jumping at you for posting for their paid ads. Free ads they dont even bother to activate. My property posted from 2 different ids are still inactive. On calling the customer support they are clueless and say vaguely about a technical team (non-existent probably) who will get back to me. Probably they are looking for a right muhurth to call me. Pathetic !!!
