A complaint against NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. regarding an unjust denial of my refund request under their Money Back Plan.
I had opted for the Money Back Plan solely for the services offered by NoBroker. Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, there was a delay in submitting my agreement registration. However, I had been continuously updating the NoBroker team through emails, explaining my situation in detail and requesting additional time.
Unfortunately, I received no response to my repeated emails. Later, after successfully submitting all relevant documents and completing the agreement registration, I was abruptly informed via a single email that my refund request was being denied on the grounds that the time limit had passed.
If I had been informed earlier via email that the deadline had expired and they would not accept the registration, I would not have gone ahead with it and wasted my money unnecessarily.
This shows a lack of transparency and customer support from NoBroker’s end. I strongly believe that I have been misled and financially affected due to their negligence and non-responsiveness. Was this information helpful? |
