Nobroker — Refund complaint: very bad service by nobroker

I was finalizing one property in Bangalore so I had taken service from No Broker as they insist me take service for legal verification of the property. But if I did not use your service then I will get my refund back. That time Sunil Kumar Nor Broker sales person agreed on that. Later (around 5- 6 days) due to some reason I cancelled the property so I asked No Broker Sunil Kumar to return my money back as I have not gone for paper verification then he said he will return my amount. After around 5-6 days when I asked about refund status then he said that they can not refund this amount. He is forcing me to keep this amount with them. When I told him that there is no this types of terms and condition was there and I told Sunil that I will go for consumer court against you then he talked with his manager and call me back that they will return my amount and they have processed. But from last 10 days I am daily sending mail and message but they are not returning my money. I am totally disturb by them. They are not returning my money and daily. Yesterday Sunil Kumar said that he has no idea when I will get my money. Is this way to treat customer?
