Nobroker — refund for booking done for shifting of goods - packers & movers

Dear team,

Its been more than a month[protected] since i had done the payment for booking a packers and movers service through you after i had enquired through online. I was very happy when i had received callback immediately and mr. Imran was behind me to book the service immediately with discount and after making the payment for a week i haven't received a callback for the service nor a dedicated relationship manager is being assigned. I have been made to run out from pillar to post for the service and calling customer care with only one response will get back to you in 1-2 hrs but eod no response.

After sending a harsh mail on[protected] to cancell the same, they responded back with a mail that they will refund the amount back. After this mail it been one month today its[protected] still i havent received any call back nor my refund. Whenever i call the customer care there is no response.

Thanks nobroker.com for the worst service. Will see to it that this mail and call recordings will get posted in the social media for the services provided by you.
