Hi,
I had subscribed to the super money back plan which promises a refund if i don't get a tenant through your plan. Unfortunately till 60days and uptill now haven't got any tenant through no broker for my 1bhk flat in vakola.
It has been 9 working days since the expiry of my plan on the 16th of november and i have a written mail from my relationship manager kanchan kumari mentioning i will get the refund within 7-10 working days.
After repeated enquiries about the state of my refund, i haven't got any reply from the no broker team yet.
