I had taken the Owner Money back plan worth Rs.7669 on 11-Oct-22 and I was informed that the house would be rented out through no brokers within 60 days. If not, I would get a full refund.
1. The house was not rented out through NoBroker within 60 days (11-Dec-22)
2. I found my current tenant from another source and the house was occupied from 07-Jan-23 only
3. During 60 days, If I got any tenant from NoBroker, I might not request a full refund. Even, few tenants visited through NoBroker, initially agreed to occupy, but later due to personal constraint, they dropped off. Even few marriages are getting dropped during the last minute after proper engagement, wedding invitation printing, marriage hall booking etc., but, you would have seen marriages called off during the last minute. For them it's not possible and required to apply for Divorce (since, the marriage called off before Registered Marriage).
4. Similarly, If I got a tenant, I would have produced a Rental Agreement. Even, I informed my CRM that the talk dropped off, he insisted that I produce a Rental Agreement. Without a tenant, how could I produce a rental agreement? I could produce RA only after getting the tenant. Hope you understand the logic behind it.
Even, I asked the NoBroker team to go and verify the home, which was still Vacant for more than 75 days. But, they did not respond.
Moreover, I asked them to provide bathroom cleaning service on 05-Jan-23, since my tenant planned to shift the home on 07-Jan-23. No response.
I still didn't get a proper reply from the NoBroker team...
