Hi,
Customer email - [protected]@gmail.com
I had heard earlier read reviews that NoBroker tends to rip off owners with these plans, but I assumed they might have improved by now—clearly not. It’s been an absolute rip-off. The service is highly unorganised and extremely poor, despite paying for it. I can’t even imagine how bad the free plan would be.
Another major issue is that once you post an ad on NoBroker, you get spammed with multiple calls and messages. It almost feels like bots are involved ibn messaging. It became frustrating to repeatedly ask them to stop calling.
- First, I’ll explain how their process works. They call multiple times to get you enrolled. The salesperson is very persistent and even shares their mobile number.
- Once you enroll and pay around 20K, your case is handed over to an RM (Relationship Manager), who then says an FRM will be assigned.
A different team comes for property inspection. They suggested painting work and initially quoted around 1.5 lakh, which I had to negotiate down .
- Coordination between teams is extremely poor. The RM is hardly reachable after payment. They only provide a landline number, which is rarely answered. If they call you and you miss it, calling back is almost impossible.
- The teams are highly uncoordinated, and no one seems to know what’s happening. Even after 58 days, there was not a single prospective tenant. I eventually found a tenant myself on the 58th day and informed them via email to close the account.
- When I spoke to the RM, he mentioned the plan duration is 60 days. My concern was that they couldn’t even find a single prospective tenant in that timeframe, despite my willingness to negotiate. They also do not respond properly to emails.
- Another issue was their request to share the rental agreement and tenant details, which I was not comfortable with due to privacy concerns (And like mentioned above 58 days were done alerady and not even a single prospective tenant was found)
-When I asked RM for his manager’s personal contact details, he refused, citing privacy. He is hardly reachable on landline. Btw while enrolling they share their personal number even
- It’s unreasonable that they expect me to share my personal and tenant details including address, but I’m not allowed to escalate or speak to their manager due to “privacy†reasons.
- Though i am not pleased with the painting work they did, i am not asking for the refund partial refund of that. All am saying is return the money that i invested in plan 20k or something and am not keen in sharing the rental agreement
