I have booked Movers and Packers service HSPM-5267855, The sales guy forced me to pay the booking amount, Once the booking was made, daily some Movement Manager was changing, The sales guy promised for dedicated Movement Manager They quoted me 19 feet truck and assigned me 14 feet truck and then on complaint, they increased the price. When I canceled the service, the refund was not returned. No broker is the 3rd class company, and actually they are brokers . Half of the time customer care doesn't respond once you pay the booking amount Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Nov 17, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising a complaint on a public forum, I got refund. Thank you NoBroker customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
