[Resolved]  Nobroker — refund of money back plan

I had paid 7500 odd rs for money back plan offered by no broker, since i did not get a tenant i was told by the relationship manager refund will be given i got a mail from no broker on 10 oct that a refund has been initiated & will reflect in 7 to 10 days, no refund is received & after several follow ups till date no mails answers nor refund received, one day a person called from no broker saying we have paid refund to my bank which i have checked my bank statements is not received from oct 2019 till date, i asked the person to provide me a screen shot that payment is done from no broker or provide me a date & reference number or thier banks debit copy to which they said nothing can be given & that refund is paid you go and settle with your bank. how on earth am i suppose to refer to my bank without any detail whatsoever that which date, which bank, they should check from where this amount is to come to me, i have been following up regularly with no broker & have all the email correspondence, we trust you will be able to sort this failing which i have to lodge a formal complaint on relevant forums.

someone called from no broker after my complaint but instead of providing details when they have paid the refund asked me to give them my bank statement of 3 months to check if the refund is there, it is so stupid that the person [ company who has paid the refund as claimed by them cannot send details which day, what reference number they have refunded the money as they claim if at all they have overall they are liars since last october they have been saying we have proccessed my refund but no details till date from oct2019to feb 2020

@Harresh, did you get refund from Nobroker ? Was going through posts to gauge their services and promises. You haven't updated this post so far
Hi sir am natraj frm chennai i subscribe tanent freedom plan 1768.but no brokers said u r not verified, so initiate to refund u r tanent freedom plan shortly appear in account mesage received 9/8/21 but till now 20/8/21 not received money no response in no brokers team

I took no broken basic plan rs 1768 on 17 sept 2021. I didn't found not a single property as per my need in my locality. I took 6 owner contact from 25. But I didn't find a single property. PLEASE KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT.

Hi I’m made a plan with nobroker date 26 of October and they said that the relationship manager will help me to find a hous but all the time when I called him he is saying that give me few minutes I will be back for you now it’s 4 days he doesn’t shear with me any property before I make the plan they called me so much to make a plan after I made a plan no one try to help or anything i called many times to complain but they say ok they will call after sometimes today I tried to called him he is not picking my call and my messages in the app I have photo from the chat between me and the relationship manager I need my money back because I didn’t get any help at all i need help for this things I just need my money back my number is [protected]

I opted for a money-back plan for renting out my apartment. While enrolling on this plan, No Broker executive has briefed me in verbal as well as in writings that they will refund fully if I find a tenant from other sources. I did find out tenants from outside sources within a week of enrollment. Meanwhile, they never provided any service or brought up a potential tenant for my home. after a week they refunded some amount deducting the service fee for the service that they never provided. Upon enquiring with the same executive, she said it is a fault from their side and she will submit a query to their accounts team and make sure they will refund the service fee as well. It has been a month and I never received any amount. She was keeping on telling different target dates to issue the refund but never achieved one. They promise something but deliver something underrated. They are not trustworthy especially their executives/ agents. I have attached the chat history with No broker executive

I have provided the Registered number, will you reopen the case or will you close and try to escape from it. For the entire last week, I was speaking with your agents more than once a day but still not been resolved.

is it so complicated to refund what you have withheld unfairly?

Hi i have opted for rental agreement service from no broker on 3rd of March filled all the details and done the payment, I was waiting to get an appointment on 4th or 5th of March but have not received any call, since I need to leave pune, so I had to cancel the agreement and waited for refund.
it's been more than 40 days I did not get the refund even after several follow up on call and on mail. Everytime I have been told that "we have arranged a call back" but no result.

Please check on this.
