Nobrokers packers and movers is not company of packers.
They are just brokers of assisting the client to book the movement. They used a local vendors to move the customer things. They fooled the customers and cheating by insurance
They are not insured the things simply ask the insurance amount without premium receipts or insurance copy.
They dont have the experience of packers and movers. They are flirting the customers and cheating.
Please dont book the nobrokers.
It's just a brokers not a professional
They are charging of 15% commission of brokers charge

    Guies nobroker just sucks customers head they don't follow their promises don't have any coordination in staff they just say pay advance and we will do needful... But this is all fake... I and my husband wasted today's day for shifting and these hopeless people couldn't even arrange people for shifting and when i said i wana cancel shifting they says it will take 78 working days for money transfer... So janta beware from from these people

      Please help!!!
      I had my slot booked at 8.00am -10.00 am today (29.09.2019).
      Yesterday night (28.09.2019) at 10.45 pm i get a mail from the assigned personnel that nobroker has not called him and hence this shifting isn't possible.
      I called nobroker but since it was outside office hours, we had to wait until today morning. Since 8.00 am i called innumerable times by no luck until 9.00 am. Finally i get to know that a new vendor is assigned for the shifting and i am allotted a slot of 1 pm - 3 pm.
      It is 4.00 pm now and the shifting team confirmed that the vendor would reach is by 5.30 pm.

      The shifting vendor is saying that they would not be able to complete by 4 am in the morning.

      We are 2 girls. Is it possible to run around till 4 am with the shifting team???

      We had clearly mentioned that we have a huge amount of stuffs and it is not possible for us to shift late as the shifting will not get completed.

      I need to vacate the current house today and the new house where i am relocating doesn't allow shifting to be done post 10.00 pm.

      I booked the service at a rate higher than the market price only believing that nobroker would be more professional

      Pathetic service. We are left nowhere and with no choice now.

        I booked for movers from nobroker. I booked it by giving details of each and every new things. But they cheated me by sending small vehicle which cannot accommodate all things.in addition driver took a charge of rs 500 as cancelation. Even i didn't any mail for token money refund. So enchira the movement manager is responsible for this cheat and fraud. I request you get her under 420 case.in total no brokers kept my 1000rs without any work.

          So we had booked packers nd movers service from nobroker. We had done this booking at 9am and paid advance as well. This bookibg was confirmed and then at 9:30 pm nobroker people called us back and said they cannont fulfill the job since they do not have service party available.
          This was ridiculous first of all they informed us night time when we cant plan anything else and we had to shift next day.. Really disappointed.
          Then they dont provide us any other support. Our biggesst mistake was to rely on nobroker. We thought they have taken advance and booked our slot that means its done and we can trust them... But all wronggg...

          I would everyone not to book packers and movers service from no broker.

          Hello good evening i have purchased 999+ tax rental on 16th sep monday to get genuine owners wherein all were genuine but every owner i called d flats were already rented .. n now there's no more listed owner please return my money i vil be very oblidge.

            A no broker sales executive called and convinced me to but a paid service to sell my property in mumbai. The plan was costing rs. 16499 plus cgst and sgst of 18% amounting to rs. 2969.82. I paid online a total amount of rs. 19468.82 on aug 28, 2019. This was a money back plan with a condition that if nobroker failed to sell my flat in 90 days, they would refund a part of my money.

            All the relevant information required by no boker was provided over the phone which was updated in my account.

            I get a call after a week that they will not be able to fulfill their objective as they found some of the documents incomplete. They agreed to refund my money in full, however, declined to refund the gst.

            Since the agreement was terminated within 10 days and that too by nobroker, i am liable to get a full refund, including the 18% gst i paid. I did get a refund of the principal amount, but they refuse to pay the gst amount to me. I find this wierd and now am wondering that this may be their modus operandi to make money without providing services.

            I need to claim my gst back, hence i seek help. I did send them two emails, but have not got any revert.

            This is sheer negligence and absolutely arrogant customer Service from No-Broker with regards to my refund.

            I have been seeking a full refund of the service which I never got. However, its shocking that, No Broker has forfeited the GST amount and are not willing to give it back. It is criminal to hold on to a GST amount and only returning a principle amount.

            I seek expert opinion in this matter and whom should I approach to get the 18% GST refunded to me.

              My name is madhu babu and i reside in united states. I have a house that was available for rent.

              I have taken a nobroker superrelan plan in first week of august. I paid rs. 6, 488.82 towards the plan on 2nd august.

              A relationship manager was assigned names prateek, he got the keys for the hours. And post that there was zero communication from the nobroker. I tried calling him multiple times but it was not picked up once.

              I called up nobroker customer support, they said they will get back in 24 hours, but no response. Post that there stopped picking up my calls. I reached out to them on facebook, but even then no response.

              Its been more than 45 days and i have no clue about the status and no response form then

                Hi i have purchased paid membership for super relax plan worth 13k after getting multiple calls from your marketing team that there are many buyers interested in my property and i am missing out on them. I purchased plan and then faced problems like the area is not serviceable by field relationship manager and lost 10 days in assigning the manager. Afterwards i am not getting buyers marching requirements and there has been no visits scheduled. I was told that there are very few buyers interested in this area and in my property. But on magicbrick i have got 10 property visits by byers in 20 days. I wish to cancel the plan with nobroker but i was told that there is no cancellation available. I find this unprofessional to not give cancellation option to customers.

                    When i rented out my property from my contact, they told you have rented out on low deposit amount, while talking to customer care, they have not disclosed all these conditions to me.

                    I asked them to refund, they said we can't refund.

                    Since I was the subscriber of relax plan, but i am not able to find a suitable house through the relationship manager tried a lot.                       I am being continuously harassed by no broker packages and movers. I have booked them for the service of packaging and moving and while booking i had mentioned that i have my four door sliding almirah that needs carpenter service to get it dismantled and during transfer day no service of carpenter were provided and hence we had to leave it over there only. And now they are asking for extra payment. Can some one look into this.

                        I don’t know what to say, i don’t think harish you understood our requirement even after multiple calls and reiterating again and again. Still you are sharing all the properties which are out of scope, don’t know which language will you understand. I haven’t got even a single property that i can happily visit, just wasting my time here i think, why you guys give false hopes before purchasing the plan, your customer care agents told us that an area expert will be assigned to you, however as soon as i did the payment automatically you assigned this person as my relationship manager without even knowing my location interest, it’s just the business for you guys to play with customers emotions, i clearly asked that i wanted to shift on 2nd sep, tell me if it is possible for you guys to help me close then only i will go for the plan, and your agents promised that don’t worry every thing will be taken care of, and now it’s the worst service ever i have seen in my life, it’s fraud actually. I clearly mentioned that i am not seeing much properties in my free plan, will you guys be able to get the properties in that location, what answer i got from your agent is that ‘sir you can see only limited properties with free plan, purchase out plan and you will be able to see hidden properties as well’... #!!
                        Sorry for using the language, but you guys somehow made me use this, seriously angry at the moment, don’t know now what to do, it’s only 2-3 days left in this apartment, and your manager don’t even know our requirement. Pathetic services. I know how to use social media as a weapon, i will make sure that people know about the reality of nobroker.

                          I, [protected]@gmail.com, have taken the relax plan on 20th August 2019 morning from Nobroker (site) app and I was assigned a relationship manager. But I didn't get any leads from NoBroker end for the requirement that I have shared with relationship manager. Relationship manager said that he shared me 21 leads which is totally wrong and this is accepted by Nobroker executives themselves. When checked with relationship manager today, he said that he will not show me the properties. Instead, I should select a property from your site and let him know. Then he will negotiate on my behalf. One thing- I can negotiate for myself and why will I need to pay you guys such a huge amount for negotiation. And I already informed that I need a property immediately. Its been two days already without any help from your end. When I complained about the same with your customer care next day (21st August 2019) around 12 noon, they said a new relationship manager will be assigned within 4hours and asked to give a last chance to help me out. Till 4-5pm that day, I didn't get any call either from any relationship manager or any customer care executive and when I called the customer care around 4-5PM they said server is down and asked me to call after 1hour. I called customer care after 6pm same day and they are saying same thing that a new relationship manager will be assigned. I became sick of all these and asked the customer care executive to raise a complaint with the above issues that i have mentioned and asked for a refund. He informed that he had raised a complaint with the above details of issues/concerns and asked me to drop a mail also for the same and for which Iam doing now. So based on the above issues from Nobroker end and concerns from my end, I am totally dissatisfied as the services promised by Nobroker were not provided to me and don't want to continue with Nobroker in search of a property for me. Hence asked for a refund of money as you (Nobroker) failed to provide me the promised services after giving two chances I got an update from Floor supervisor of the Nobroker, Mr. David today (28th August 2019) that the refund request is rejected. I understand that I took the non- refundable plan. The non-refund should happen when the services are provided by NoBroker but I did not get the services promised by Nobroker site as mentioned in the site. This implies that they are giving false promises and collecting money from consumers They were given two chances but still Nobroker failed to provide me the services you have promised. So requested refund my money back Your response and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

                            I have taken Moneyback Plan( invoice id :[protected], and provided my requirement to them. As per plan if I get home other then NOBROKER, then refund will be processed.
                            I have given my requirement to them will rent amount, deposit and area location. I have said I want to live in Gujarati community areas, stating from MALAD EAST, When I found home in Kandivali which is next to Malad. Then they refusing to process claim as area is not matched.
                            More over They did not provide me any valuable service to me, even they changed two times relationship manager and refusing to send mail for rejection. Specialty of NOBROKER is except payment everything is on call.

                              I bought nobroker money back plan to rent my 3 bed room in sector-31 gurgaon. Their rm samiran and kanchan highly unprofessionals. They are not able to get single interest of tenants in 15 days. Worst service of nobroker, on top of that their management also do not want to take any action. I lodge 5-6 escalations and complaints but all waste.
                              Noone shoudl buy anything from nobroker they are real cheater and fraud, their free service its still attracting some interest.

                                I took the plan for renting my house out and paid around 12000 for the complete service, nobroker has assigned a rm and a field rm, company rm mr umesh ladi was not able to find even a single family to see my flat in 15 days so incompetent in his work, and after my flat rented out by some other means, now they are refusing to refund the money.
                                Such a waste of time and money, when you have only 21% customer satisfaction percent... U r no better then a below average company cheating on people.
                                Such a waste. Please be aware, don't take any service from these hopeless guys.

                                  I have opted the services of nobroker for finding an apartment in kknagar, chennai last month. So far i have been shown only 5 old houses and claiming that they will be able to continue the service as the plan is expiring. I was told that the flexi plan money will be returned in case they were not able to find a suitable apartment. I am expecting nobroker to stick to their agreement and return the refund. I spoke to the rm and his manager but of no use. I am planning to reach out to the consumer court to get the refund.

                                    I have opted the services of nobroker for finding a rental apartment in kknagar, chennai by paying via their flexi plan rs. 6000 with the condition that the amount of 5000 (Excl. Gst) will be returned in case they were unable to find a suitable apartment with in 45 days. The assigned rm was most of the time on leave or not available. He has showed only 5 very old houses and now claiming that they cannot refund the amount. I want the money back as per their original promise.

                                      We took a relax plan from no broker which involved searching shortlisting and scheduling of properties + negotiations with the owners along with finalisation of and agreement.in the sales call i was told lots of properties available as per my specifications, i had specifically asked about what would happen if our rm isn't working, and i was assured that we can request for rm change.

                                      Our experience
                                      After our rm got assigned, and took requirements, he hardly shortlisted properties, so i shortlisted 25 properties and shared with him for scheduling. He arranged one meeting and for the rest he said no one is picking up his calls... Despite constant follow up from our side, he wasn't able to schedule so i scheduled with the owners.

                                      When it was negotiation time, he again told us that none of the three property owners were contactable. Finally when he was able to contact, he realized for the first time that deposit is not 3 months but 10 months, till then he had assured us that deposit will be 3 months! He wasn't able to negotiate with the owners, and told us to speak to them. We told him to find additional properties in the meantime so that we have backups, however nada.

                                      We finally found visited and negotiated a 4 month deposit with an owner.

                                      So i paid for a service and it wasn't provided, i requested for an rm change multiple times and it never happened, i requested for customer support call back and it never happened.

                                      Now i am requesting for a refund in lieu of service not provided. But as per policy they cannot refund the amount.

                                      Please tell me what is the policy in your organisation for service not provided to customer who has paid for that service?

                                        Plan opted :- relax plan @ 3500/- for 50 contacts

                                        Plan description according to nobroker :-
                                        1. Personal relationship manager (Rm) will be assigned.
                                        2. He will take our requirements of ideal home and give us suggestions.
                                        3. He will personally call the owners and schedule property visits on behalf of me.
                                        4. Customer is no more required to spend time calling and discussing with numerous house owners. The assigned rm will do the same.

                                        What exactly happened :-
                                        1. Rm is assigned as expected.
                                        2. Rm took my requirements clearly - but he started sharing irrelevant properties. Then i myself shortlisted properties and asked rm to schedule a meeting for them (So, customer needs to go through all the property listings on the site, even if he opts for relax plan)

                                        3. Rm booked appointment for the 6 shortlisted properties.
                                        So i thought, as promised, i no need to waste my time calling all owners, because rm did it and scheduled appointments behalf of me. I traveled 20 kms to visit homes as per scheduled appointments but, out of 6 owners, 3 of them were not available due to some reasons and asked me to visit later. 1 number is switched off. So, what exactly did rm do for me? I was like a dog in the middle of the road calling all the owners one by one.

                                        In short, rm neither suggested me any good properties according to my needs nor he scheduled proper meeting with owners. I dont know for what reason i paid 3500 rs. Please refund the same and stop looting customers.
