[Resolved]  Nobroker — Refund of packers and movers

I have booked No broker packers and movers on 4th of June for with 6th June pickup appointment. But 5th of June vendor denied the pickup due to vehicle shortage. So i asked them to cancel at the same 5th of June. It got cancelled by Mr.Puneeth and he committed within 5 bank working days. I have received all cancelled email and refund amount email from them. But no money refunded as of now. But now that booking is in still open in their website. I'm totally got cheated. Please help to get back my refund. Total amount Rs.3885 (Token : 2385 + Insurance 1500) .
I have been following up regularly with no broker & have all the email correspondence, we trust you will be able to sort this failing which i have to lodge a formal complaint on relevant forums.

Here the emails from Nobroker grievance officers :
15th June 2022 : As per the last conversation we have initiated the claim amount, but unfortunately due to tech issue it was not credited to you, we are continuously in touch with our finance team, requesting you to cooperate 5- 6 further working days to reflect amount in your account
