[Resolved]  Nobroker — Refund paid subscription money

I have send an email and called the customer care to cancel my subscription refund my money as it is not adding any value. My last paid subscription went for a 3 months without any negoitation with the buyer.And have availed super relax plan where Nobroker is complelety relaxing with my money .

After a week no visits planned like the past and it is useless to go ahead for selling my property.

Spoken to customer care and sent an email but no help.

Do you have any standards or metrics for the relax plan?. What are the quality metrics you have for the relax plan?. What is the guarantee that you will sell my property this time?.

When you talk your customer full of commitments after that no one takes care of it. It is a pattern from Nobroker. I am happy to pay even 50 K if you really sell my property. However when there are no steps being taken seriously not interested in continuing this service. Can you ask your executive Habeen Shaik to call me again?.

Just so you are aware, while trying to reach your relationship and Field manager no one is available. Till I called and asked your manager he had no idea to take a photoshoot of my property, I had to explicitly call him and ask about the photoshoot. And when I ask about a site visit your relation manager says, it is just 8 days since you have availed the service.

For everyone i had to explicitly mention that my property is on premium service from November with no site visits arranged by your relationship manager for Nov and Feb.I had to explicitly reach out to your RM and he has never both about scheduling site visit. I can see that it's happening again.

Your executive Habeeb Shaik has committed to me that I will be explicitly monitoring your property and keep the status posted. However here is no reply from him for my chat. And have asked your RM to put a conference with him, still no call being setup.
