I am raising the complaint to show my dissatisfaction after sending many escalation emails to NoBroker and looking for compensation now. I have waited too long since 29Mar2023 (when I bought this service of electricity bill transfer) but I have only received multiple assurance in last 1year 6months, but electricity bill is not transferred to my name yet.

I have lost the hope now as I am not getting proper responses from Nobroker and its vendor, please provide me compensation mentioned below:

Current NoBroker change of Name on BESCOM Electricity Bill from previous owner to current owner: 13, 000
NOC and paying processing fees: 5400
Compensation based on the time, effort I have wasted to perform the tasks suggested by NoBroker in last 1year 6months.

    Hi, I did my shifting from thane to bangalore via no broker and my hspm number 11416381.
    They have damage the office chair (There is home in the lumbar support) its 7-8 month old chair, in fact the plastic is not completely removed
    The corner of the table is also coming out. (The damage of chair and table is not big now but it will lead to bigger by time to time as hole in chair will increase day by day also, the corner of table will also will start coming out day by day. They also damage of my trolley wheel, the customize coffee mug which was gifted was broken.
    The worst is done with my bike when I handed over my bike to nobroker, there was not a single scratch, but when they delivered it to bangalore, there is a scratch on all the side, even on oil tanker,
    I have visited to baja service center for the all repairing and changing cost and they have give me the quotation 19k, along with table, chair, trolley and coffee mug cost, the total damage cost is 42k. Of which nobroker is offering me 3k and 2k from insurance, (In insurance they have done blunder mistake)

      Incorrect Quotation: I was initially quoted approximately INR 130, 000. However, after identifying a mistake in the quote, I requested a correction, which resulted in a final amount of approximately INR 150, 000. If this was not pointed out by me against your policy it would go beyond 10-15% of the project value. Debris Removal: I was promised the removal of debris from the site at no additional cost. Now, your PM is denying this service, stating it was not included in the quote, despite the promise made by your team who disappeared after the sale was made and has no clue on what is happening on the site. False Assurances: After escalating the issues to Haseem and Gautam, I received assurances that the problems would be addressed. However, these assurances have proven to be false, handled with absolute carelessness. Poor Quality of Work: The quality of work executed is very disappointing. Despite multiple excuses and significant compromises on my part, the issues persist. ( Of which I'll share the Photos after project completion / or please visit the site and check for yourselves) Delayed Completion: The project completion date was initially stated as October 10th and extended to 20th by your PM which I agreed to compromising there as well, but it remains incomplete to date. Additional Costs: Due to multiple mistakes in the initial quote and the lack of communication within your team, I have had to bear additional costs.

      Inspite of multiple escalation there team doesn't care as payment is already made. Nobody even bothered to call. They are fraud. Do not trust NoBroker.

        This is with my disappointment, I am writing to let you know that my registered mobile number [protected] with Nobroker.

        Despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have received an update regarding the discrepancy in the rental agreement deposit amount, resulting in the rejection of my refund request.

        I wish to highlight that from the outset, I have faced challenges with the Nobroker service, which has not met my expectations. I paid ₹9, 000, a significant amount, due to your sales team's unnecessary pressure to meet targets, resulting in customer dissatisfaction and sales team making a customer buy a different plan instead of money back.

        Since the beginning, I have requested a refund due to the poor service quality and my failing my expectation . For the past three weeks, I have been trying to contact the Relationship Manager (RM) multiple times, but my calls are unanswered, and it appears my number has been blocked.

        Nobroker should have conducted basic due diligence for the high deposit and rent requirements of my locality to assist in finding a suitable tenant, but unfortunately, no support was provided. It now seems you are safeguarding your interests at the expense of my money, citing their terms and conditions.

        I request a refund of INR 9000 so I can pay the local broker who deserves compensation for successfully finding a suitable tenant. I trust that your senior management will address this issue promptly and facilitate the refund.

          I, Rushikesh Ravindra Kasar, resident of Flat No. 9, NL6/4, Sector 15, Nerul East, Navi Mumbai, am writing this legal notice to you under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, regarding the deficiency in services and failure to deliver the agreed services despite receiving full payment from me. The services were to be provided by NoBroker.com in relation to the registration of my property.
          Details of the Transaction:
          Service Booked: Legal services for property registration
          Date of Payment: 17th September 2024
          Amount Paid: Rs. 48, 000/-
          Mode of Payment: UPI transfer to nobrokercechnol819.[protected]@icici
          Transaction ID: T2409171640323352825207

          Nature of Complaint:
          Misrepresentation of Services:
          It was explicitly promised from your side (telephonically) before payment of services that a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) will be assigned to me within 15 minutes of booking the service and document collection will be initiated either on the same day or the next day. However, these assurances/promises were not honored, and no follow-up was provided. I was left without any assistance or communication regarding the status of my service.
          Non-Delivery of Services:
          Despite having paid the full amount of Rs. 48, 000/-, NoBroker.com has failed to initiate or provide any of the promised services related to the property registration. Further, No document collection, coordination or any action has been taken till date.
          Incomplete Disclosure and Transparency:
          An invoice showing an amount of Rs. 1/- instead of actually paid amount of 48000/- was generated by NoBroker.com, and the same have been sent on my email. (UPI receipt of 48000/- attached for reference). Additionally, there was no clear communication regarding the process, deliverables or timelines for providing the promised services which further created confusion and frustration on my part.
          Unprofessional Behavior and Lack of Response:
          I have made numerous attempts to contact your customer support, which includes approximately 40-50 calls and the same were not answered satisfactorily. The responses I did receive were either vague or offered no real resolution. Despite my multiple follow-up attempts, I have not received any meaningful update regarding my case. (Call recordings available as evidence.)
          Refund Rejection:
          Upon realizing that NoBroker.com had not provided any services, I formally requested a cancellation of the services and a refund of the amount paid. However, this request was unjustifiably rejected without any valid explanation or justification, leaving me with no alternative but to pursue legal action.
          Demand for Resolution:
          In view of the above, I demand the following actions from NoBroker.com, within 15 days of receipt of this notice:
          -Immediate cancellation of the services that were promised but never delivered.
          -Full refund of the amount of Rs. 48, 000/- paid by me for the services that were not rendered.
          -Compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- for the mental stress, inconvenience and loss of time caused due to the unprofessional conduct and failure of NoBroker.com to provide the promised services.
          Legal Consequences of Non-Compliance:
          Please be aware that if I do not receive a satisfactory response or resolution to this matter within 15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, I will be compelled to take the following actions:
          -File a formal complaint before the District Consumer Forum or State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
          -Seek appropriate legal remedies for the breach of contract, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practices under the said Act.
          -Claim compensation for mental distress, legal costs, and any other damages resulting from your failure to deliver the services as agreed.
          -Publicize the facts, including the evidence of the deficiency of service, through media channels and appropriate government bodies for consumer awareness and accountability.
          -This notice is issued to seek an amicable resolution of the dispute without resorting to legal proceedings. Kindly treat this matter with the urgency it deserves to avoid further complications.

            I had sawn an property listed on nobroker.com, and finalized it with the rm of nobroker, as there was no direct number available to deal with direct owner, the call get directed to rm of nobroker, the rm of nobroker told me to transfer 7250 rs as an token amount to finalised the deal, and this amount is not brokrage or commission and it will get settle in final deal with Owner, so i transfer the amount to nobroker a/c, as it is completely 100% Refundable, but as i transferred, the rm started ignoring my call, and now its 14 days, still the deal is not finalised nor they are giving back my token amount, i tried to call them many times, even tried to contacted on twitter, but they aren't giving back my money, they are doing this type scam and conning customer on behalf of property even they dont own.

              On behalf of my father, I made an online transaction of Rs 2lacs on Aug 31st whose reference no is NRP[protected].
              Till now they have not credited the amount to the benificery account.
              Every time I call, they say that amount will get credited to the beneficiary account by EOD but so far no resolution.
              Now they have blocked my number on their toll free number so it means I will not able to call them anymore.
              I am not sure what will happen to my Dad hard earned money.

                I had finalised a property and given the token amount of Rs.10000 to nobroker for the deal. But after I talked to the owner he refused take the to-let banner down after the token to nobroker and demanded money. After I said that I had given token to Nobroker he refused to acknowledge the deal. when asked for a refund they are delaying by saying will escalate and not calling back i have been calling, emailing them since 3 weeks now.
                this is causing me a lot of inconvinience and the 30 days of refund they promised is also expiring.
                please help

                  This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 17th of August 2024 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

                  The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
                  ---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 101652 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on ICICI Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
                  --- Hi, you have spent INR 101652 ICICI Bank Credit Card (XXXXXX). Your available Credit Limit is INR 69, 661
                  I got mails from ICICI alert too.
                  Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed FIR at the nearby police station about the e-fraud.
                  Kindly help me in this.

                        After almost two months of followup & escalations, i got frustrated with their support and raising complaint here so that other customers wont get fooled by nobroker again. Here are the details.

                        I purchased super relax plan to sell my property in bangalore and they alloted RM named suresh who never attended our property and after multiple followups with him and he bought one customer after 75 days and that customer quote so less price which i havent agreed to that. And RM suresh shouted and mis behaved with us and argued lot to reduce our price. And finally i got frustrated and requested nobroker customer care to change RM and this time they alloted anusha and she bought 1 customer within 10 days but she was not able to sell our property. But atleast she gave try.

                        Suresh wasted our time & money and when we asked him to extend our plan at free of cost as its his fault of not attending our property so many days, he responded saying as we requested change of RM, so he will not extend our plan even though he can do it.

                        We requested many times to anusha, but she was helpless and said only suresh has authority to extend the plan. We requested her to provide escalation emails to complain about suresh and ask for refund but she delayed lot and provided after 2 2 weeks.

                        When we escalated this issue to those given emails, we got a call from nobroker finally but they said they cant extend as request period timedout and they said the request need to be raises within one week after plan expiry so that they can extend. I told them that we requested to RM suresh within a week only but he denied and asked them to chk recordings if required but they are not willing to listen.

                        And now they are saying they will provide part discount for plan renewal which i am not satisfied with that discount.

                        Requesting everyone not to purchase plan with nobroker, you can get one visitor even with free plan also. Dont burn your money unnecessarily, instead go with free plans.

                            Nobroker is unethical and crooked nonprofessional team. After my paid plan has expired, they deactivated my property without informing me and won't let me post again. The horrible customer care team says it will take 6 months - 1 year to resolve the issue. I think technical team will arrive from Mars to fix the issue . It is a false promotion by Nobroker staring it's a free platform for property listings. Horrible team. Don't believe these scamsters.

                              Dear Sir,

                              They took 69, 000/- by providing false information about property. First they said this is a A khata property and the amount in INR. 41, 50, 000/- when i checked the documents i found that there is gift deed and there is no khata. when i asked the same the executive from no broker saying we need to apply for Khata then we will get A Khata, if the owner will apply the property amount should be INR. 44, 00, 000/- It is totally false info provided by NO Broker executives. if the property value 44 LACs they should have inform before i pay the advance amount of INR. 69, 000/-.
                              My humble request is to please take an action against No Broker and help us to get my amount back.
                              Before i PAY the money i was getting en number of calls saying the property is A khata I have asked this documents and they are not able to provide

                              1. Mother Deed
                              2. All sales Deed
                              3. EC 1982 to Till date
                              4. Khatha Details
                              5. Layout Plan
                              6. Property tax paid till date
                              7. Any GP agreement

                              As per NO Broker terms:
                              The token amount is refundable only if the property document verification fails.
                              In the event of document verification failure, NoBroker will actively assist you in finding an alternative property of equivalent value.
                              As per the terms they failure to provide assist no property. Since i paid the amount on 03rd July 2024 till date i have waited no response from NO Broker. It is totally failure from No Broker company.

                                After repeated calls from No broker on home loan processing, I enrolled for the same.
                                I was charged -
                                Rs.1, 000/- for a lawyer as advance payment.
                                Rs.3000/- for valuation.
                                There was no progress for 2 months from No broker after charing Rs.4000/-
                                After 2 months of ordeal on the pathetic service from the No broker executive "Garima" and her
                                Manager "Ashish", I decided to go to the bank directly to process my loan.
                                I was denied when I wanted to get a hard copy of the valuation I had paid.
                                I was scammed of Rs.4000/- with no service and repeated harassment for 2 months.

                                  I have exhausted all possible (tbh little or zero CS team) customer servicing NoBroker offers. One can never imagine such a pathetic experience I have come across through NB. I opted for Relax plan from NB and finalized a property via NB and I was supposed to move in on June 30. The day I had to shift, that morning I was informed by the owner that the property I visited and finalized was not his. Apparently, I paid 20k token advance 15days ago after confirming with the RM who was assigned to me for property visit and assistance. Now, on the D day, I’m left with no home to go as the property I finalized was not owned by the owner and I don’t like the property the owner holds. It’s nowhere my mistake here. PS I have already vacated my current house and I have no alternate place to reside in. This is the worst nightmare anyone can ever imagine. Multiple attempts and try to reach out to a proper CS agent/ Supervisor miserably failed. I REPEAT HANDSDOWN NO BROKER HAS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICING CHANNEL! It's a humble request to assign a right SPOC to have this resolved sooner. Please!

                                    My name is Prashant Kumar, and I recently booked a relocation service to move my household belongings from Chennai to Pune on June 20, 2024. The total cost of this booking was ₹6, 500, which included insurance coverage of ₹40, 000 and one week of free warehouse storage.
                                    On June 27, I received a call from the delivery boy (contact number: +91 [protected]) asking me to receive my belongings. However, I explained that I hadn’t yet found a house in Pune and had requested one week of warehouse storage during the pickup in Chennai. This storage arrangement was also mentioned in the insurance documentation I received.
                                    I specifically requested delivery on July 3, which was a Wednesday. Unfortunately, despite waiting until 7 PM on that day, I did not receive any communication from the delivery boy (+91 [protected]).
                                    To resolve the issue, I contacted the booking agent (contact number: [protected]) through the No Broker app. The agent provided me with the contact details of another delivery person ([protected]), but unfortunately, those details were incorrect. Frustrated, I reached out to No Broker’s customer care, and they connected me with the same delivery agent ([protected]) who then provided the correct contact information.
                                    When I spoke with the delivery boy, he assured me that he would deliver my belongings the next day. However, when I followed up, he informed me that he lacked the necessary approval to proceed. He instructed me to request the delivery agent ([protected]) to send him written confirmation (via email or message) authorizing the delivery.
                                    This story keeps on repeating. I am calling No Broker to seek help because I booked through them. No Broker’s customer care only listens and tells me that they have noted my point, and they will inform the delivery agent to deliver my items tomorrow. However, until Monday, the delivery agent keeps providing me with different contact details for delivery. Then suddenly, on Monday, he starts shouting at me, blaming me for not receiving my stuff on June 27th. I asked him how I could accept the delivery when I had already booked a one-week warehouse. He replied that I shouldn’t have contacted No Broker for delivery. He refuses to deliver my items and demands 3000 rupees as warehouse charges if I want my stuff back. I questioned why I should pay for 10 days of storage.
                                    I reached out to No Broker’s customer care for help, but unfortunately, they only listened and promised to get back to me. Frustrated and unable to find assistance elsewhere, I decided to pay the delivery agent the requested 3000 rupees. I knew he was defrauding me, but I felt I had no other option. He provided me with a Google Pay number (+91 [protected]) through another WhatsApp number (+91 [protected]), and I paid him. After receiving the money, he assured me that my delivery would be arranged for Thursday evening.
                                    However, when I called him, he continued to promise delivery without actually delivering my items. I contacted the delivery boy to check if he had received any messages or emails from the delivery agent regarding my delivery. The delivery boy responded negatively and advised me not to pay the 3000 rupees to the delivery agent; instead, it should go to him.
                                    As a newcomer in Pune, starting a new job, I feel broken by this fraud. Unfortunately, I haven’t found any help from anyone so far.

                                    They altogether are doing fraud with me. Kindly Help

                                        I took the CPMS plan of worth Rs 25, 000/- from NoBroker and they committed to provide service. Unfortunately they could not provide service and based on this they agreed to refund the complete plan amount.

                                        the 2 transactions - 5th Apr 2024 Rs 8848.82. 6th Apr 2024 Rs 16150.00

                                        Per agreement they are supposed to refund the amount in 5 to 6 business days however its been last 3 months I have been following up with them, the refund amount is not processed. Whenever I call them and email, every time I get message that "they will look at my case and get back to me"

                                        This is my hard earned money and NoBroker do not have right to keep it. Kindly help.
