Nobroker — Refund Request for Freedom Plan Unable to get Owner contact details

Dear NoBroker Team,

I purchased the Freedom Plan on 3 March 2026 with the assurance of receiving 25 owner contact numbers as part of the plan benefits.

However, to date, I have not received even a single valid owner contact. This is not in line with the commitment made at the time of purchase.

As the promised service has not been delivered, I request a full refund of the amount paid. Kindly process the refund within 7 days and confirm the same in writing.

I hope this matter will be resolved promptly and professionally.
