Nobroker — Regarding loss and damages to the items while intercity shifting

We have used nobroker intercity shifting service on April -28-2023 from Bangalore to Shivamogga. We see that one item is missing and few items are damaged. We have taken insurance for this but they are rejecting the claim by saying non sense reasons.

Grievance officer and movement manager of Nobroker does not even respond.

Please help to get the claim and reimbursement.
